GBAwful food and even worse customer service Awful food and even worse customer service. Ordered their keto program for a week - every single meal had at least 40g of carbs. I reached to CS and their response was basically “too bad”. I figured I will try to eat what I can, but the meals are practically inedible - chewy tough meat smothered in sauce and bland, overcooked veggies. Shame on you, Bistro MD for not standing behind your products and taking advantage of people in these tough times.

GBThe food quality has gone down… The food quality has gone down significantly. Vegetables have come burnt several times and the food is extremely watery. They would not uphold their guarantee online either when I called to address this issue. These meals are akin to frozen dinners you can buy for about 3 dollars in store, full of cholesterol and salt with poor quality and taste. Outrageous to pay 220 dollars for this, there are plenty other options out their for less that are made considerably more fresh.

GBBistroMD: Meals and Customer Service 10/10 I use, and have used, a myriad of meal programs. BistroMD is the stand out as best variety and best quality of food, and even more of a standout with customer service. I travel extensively and need to change/delay/edit/cancel orders all the time. I last spoke with Alicia, who refunded an order getting ready to ship, changed my plan and helped with planning. 10/10 recommend BistroMD

GBProfessional and personal attention Professional and personal attention. This plan actually works!! The meals are excellent. The flexibility of choosing your meals is outstanding. There is no reason to repeat types of meals unless you get hooked on a particular meal. The food is fresh. Cannot say enough about a diet with pancakes, potatoes, fish, poultry, beef, etc. What I also like is that you keep track of your weight goals. You can stop subscription at any time without any hassles.
