bistro md is great i have been on bistro md since beginning of july. i didnt weigh myself for the first month but i am now down almost 6 months later over 20 lbs. i love the food and meal choices and the big difference between bistro md and other diet meal delivery services is the food is not what i refer to as plastic food in a container. i am really enjoying what i am eating. i also have cholesteral issues and my cholesteral has gone from @200 to 164. my doctor is thrilled. i feel better and healthier. emily in customer service is so knowledgeable and encouraging without the usual attitude you get from most customer service folks. i have recommended bistro md to friends because it really works and is really good.

Don't expect miracles Of course it is convenient to have meals prepared and ready to heat & eat. I had no problems with delivery, and even when I substituted a couple of meals I got what I'd asked for. The quality of ingredients is pretty high, for example the meat is the real thing, not glorified lunch meat. Freezing, thawing, heating takes away from the appearance and flavor of the food quite a bit. I can also say that there ended up being more meals that I didn't like than meals that I did like. I think a lot of the seasoning of certain dishes was not to my taste. Portion size would have been adequate if the food was more satisfying. I would not bother to add the extra snacks either, as most were just not that good.

Emily is Great!! Emily in particular is always very friendly and helpful. The food tastes great too. The FedEx office occasionally delivers a day late but when we call it in Emily remembers us and takes care of it right away in a very professional and friendly way.

I've had quite mundane experiences… I've had quite mundane experiences dealing with BistroMD. On the whole, it was rather mediocore. Nothing to be extremely pleased or disappointed about. Delivery times are a bit all over the place, although usually it wasn't an extreemely hazardous wait. Product selection is modest and generally on-par for similar companys. Prices are a bit above average, but the quality of the item that I got made it worth it. Interaction with staff was jus ok. I wouldn't say it was terrible, but it wasn't anything to write home about either. All in all, an ordinairy encounter with BistroMD.

Exceptional Customer Service I feel the need to mention my exceptional experience with Bistro MD Customer Service phone line. Twice I made calls for help on different questions I had. I was truly impressed by the courteous, knowledgable and professional service I received from the two agents that helped me. Good service deserves acknowledgment.
