The GP was just a tool for better health and with my history of weight gain and poor food choices, I knew I would need more tools, guidance, and plans to continue to stay healthy. I joined bistroMD years ago. Over the years, I have randomly purchased meals including breakfast and snacks, and overall, was very pleased. Customer service has always been amazing. Today I spoke with EMILY - another example of why I love this company.

The food quality has gone down… The food quality has gone down significantly. Vegetables have come burnt several times and the food is extremely watery. They would not uphold their guarantee online either when I called to address this issue. These meals are akin to frozen dinners you can buy for about 3 dollars in store, full of cholesterol and salt with poor quality and taste. Outrageous to pay 220 dollars for this, there are plenty other options out their for less that are made considerably more fresh.

Good food service lacking Food is delicious, plan is easy to follow. Warning: meals a very protein heavy, so be sure to check with your own physician before starting. Customer service is very lacking, emails go unanswered. Website is problematic, for example I was unable to complete my cancellation online after completing an online form. Had to call in a few times and was on hold for 8-9 minutes each time.

FedEX delivered late - BistroMD fixed the problem immediately Sometimes a situation happens that’s out of someone’s control. It’s not that it happens, it’s how the situation is rectified that matters most. Todd from BistroMD was fantastic in helping me get a new order sent out immediately. His help was much appreciated, but the way he handled the situation by gathering information & helping in such a professional & friendly manner was exceptional.

Exceptional Customer Service I feel the need to mention my exceptional experience with Bistro MD Customer Service phone line. Twice I made calls for help on different questions I had. I was truly impressed by the courteous, knowledgable and professional service I received from the two agents that helped me. Good service deserves acknowledgment.
