GBI've had quite mundane experiences… I've had quite mundane experiences dealing with BistroMD. On the whole, it was rather mediocore. Nothing to be extremely pleased or disappointed about. Delivery times are a bit all over the place, although usually it wasn't an extreemely hazardous wait. Product selection is modest and generally on-par for similar companys. Prices are a bit above average, but the quality of the item that I got made it worth it. Interaction with staff was jus ok. I wouldn't say it was terrible, but it wasn't anything to write home about either. All in all, an ordinairy encounter with BistroMD.

GBAwful food and even worse customer service Awful food and even worse customer service. Ordered their keto program for a week - every single meal had at least 40g of carbs. I reached to CS and their response was basically “too bad”. I figured I will try to eat what I can, but the meals are practically inedible - chewy tough meat smothered in sauce and bland, overcooked veggies. Shame on you, Bistro MD for not standing behind your products and taking advantage of people in these tough times.

GBRude, unhelpful customer service The meals were ok but no real flavor just bland. Customer service however was horrible! While on hold they tell you (over and over) how their friendly helpful customer service staff will resolve any issues you're having but the condescending girl who took my call was neither. She was curt and rude and said things like "maybe you should read the terms again" and "if you ever use another meal company pay attention to the terms". I use multiple meal delivery services and have never had anyone be rude when I've called.

GBThe food quality has gone down… The food quality has gone down significantly. Vegetables have come burnt several times and the food is extremely watery. They would not uphold their guarantee online either when I called to address this issue. These meals are akin to frozen dinners you can buy for about 3 dollars in store, full of cholesterol and salt with poor quality and taste. Outrageous to pay 220 dollars for this, there are plenty other options out their for less that are made considerably more fresh.

GBWhat a difference a few months can make! I joined BistroMD a few months ago. It was part of a larger commitment I made to myself during the pandemic to focus o my health. Since starting, I have lost over 40 pounds (60 more to go!) and have regained a bit more control over a key aspect of my life — what I eat! The meals have retrained my eye to healthy portions, reduced the amount of processed food I am consuming and “encouraged” me to have helpings of vegetables every day. This may all sound pretty basic but I know that the hardest changes to make are the “basic” ones. Thanks to all the folks at BistroMD who have contributed to my ongoing success. I’m really on my way to better health!
