I have had an odrinary experience with… I have had an odrinary experience with Bodybuilding.com recently. They hav great selers annd prices and al found it easy to navigate on the website. manufacturers are all very good, and the selction of products was quite larded and well laid out.1The only problem I had was the fact that there wasn't much info on the products and I had to do a bit of extra searching to figure out happiness with the shipment and packing. In general its ok, but could be much better. I'd say they are almost good.

Not easy to close the account The process to close the account is not easy. They still rely on ancient email communication and manual processing. Guess that keep their userbase high (watch out investors). GDPR: The process to delete my user data data connected to their third party partners is thiresome. After some email with support you need to fill out an online form from a third party company with no obvious connection to this site. After becoming a customer, they send a LOT of email offers with no Unsubscribe button on the bottom. Other than that, I have no experience from their services :)

Reached out because I had no idea where… Reached out because I had no idea where my shipment was and "Mighty Millie" responded to my email very fast and gave me the information I need to track my shipment. I honestly was NOT expecting a response today let alone within 15 mins, that's UNHEARD of, so for that, thats a score of 100 out of 10!!!! Thank you Mighty Millie

No deliveries no refunds No deliveries no refunds. Ordered 2 jym whey costing over 100£. Nothing arrived and i was told customs had some problems so it has been returned(this was on fedex site) asked for refund but there is no customer service to talk to. Only a virtual assistant who will go in loops and loops only taking your email most of the time uk order number aren’t even found on their website. Thankfully I opened a case against them on paypal and they haven’t even responded to them yet ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS!

Best customer service I’ve ever… Best customer service I’ve ever received. Hands down. I can’t express the level of gratitude I have. Somehow my order didn’t ship. I waited a couple of weeks before I contacted customer service. I didn’t think much of it but something went wrong with my order. They refunded my money and shipped out my order for free. The communication was amazing and the generosity was unexpected. That made my week!
