I am a big fan of Bodybuilding.com and I love the creative way in which they advertise a promotion on their website that a particular supplement I am using is having a massive discount!!! Totally awesome when they do that! This company truly cares about it's customers and yes, they have among the very best in the CSR Game for sure! I have experienced time and time again how willing their Customer Service strives to accommodate the customer in the best way! GBGreat customer support. Had issues with products I purchased. A customer support person was with me very shortly after submitting a ticket and the situation resolved within 20 minutes. Mighty Millie was clear and concise about what I needed to provide.

GBMighty Millie... the perfect example of great customer service! Mighty Millie, is a true example of great customer service! I was only contacting Millie for questions on how I could save a few dollars on a product. At first she gave me a polite answer and then when I we were done and I wasn’t able to save anymore, Millie went and sent me a $15 gift card to use on the site! Perfect example of great customer service!

CAI signed up for a year on March 23rd… Update: The website was finally fixed and i was able to sign on today April 19th. I signed up for a year on March 23rd and attempted to sign on April 1st , unable to sign on . When i try to online chat , its just a generic virtual bot , not helpful ! You leave your msg and email thrn eventually you get an automated email back . It is now April 8th snd still unable to use . The company email stated having password sign in technical issues and will come back better than ever . I will give them one more week to straighten their web page or .I will contact my credit card company and have charges reversed !

NONot easy to close the account The process to close the account is not easy. They still rely on ancient email communication and manual processing. Guess that keep their userbase high (watch out investors). GDPR: The process to delete my user data data connected to their third party partners is thiresome. After some email with support you need to fill out an online form from a third party company with no obvious connection to this site. After becoming a customer, they send a LOT of email offers with no Unsubscribe button on the bottom. Other than that, I have no experience from their services :)
