USBest customer service I’ve ever… Best customer service I’ve ever received. Hands down. I can’t express the level of gratitude I have. Somehow my order didn’t ship. I waited a couple of weeks before I contacted customer service. I didn’t think much of it but something went wrong with my order. They refunded my money and shipped out my order for free. The communication was amazing and the generosity was unexpected. That made my week!

CAAfter numerous attempts to figure out… After numerous attempts to figure out why my products wouldn’t ship and dealing with two previous employees, I finally got my products shipped after 2 and a half weeks. “Gainz” Garrett was the only person who seemed to understand what he was doing and got everything figured out. Unfortunately after my experiences previously, a product came damaged which was extremely frustrating. I happened to deal with Garrett again and he sent a new product out right away. It’s been a pleasure dealing with him, despite my disappointment in the company.

Mighty Millie always goes above and beyond and I feel like I've increased in knowledge about subject matter which I thought I always knew more about. I have actually called and asked for her before because I wanted to speak with her more than other reps. USYour company should considered itself… Your company should considered itself blessed it has someone like "Mighty" Millie working for them. This is a person who could be anywhere doing anything she wants based on her personality and people skills alone. I never leave reviews or feedback, so it says a lot that I am even doing this. Give this one a raise or something because you cannot ever lose talent like this. Honestly amd sincerely, I was very impressed.

DEVery bad, don't try it. Very bad customer service, prices are not clear, they don't pay the duty fees, they didn't even mention that on their website like other websites which write "price + taxes". For more than one month now and still didn't get my order. I'm using the website since 2016 and made many orders without any problems in the past, but now after corona they are more than bad, it will be the last time ordering from this website. Don't try it and waste your time and money.
