Not easy to close the account The process to close the account is not easy. They still rely on ancient email communication and manual processing. Guess that keep their userbase high (watch out investors). GDPR: The process to delete my user data data connected to their third party partners is thiresome. After some email with support you need to fill out an online form from a third party company with no obvious connection to this site. After becoming a customer, they send a LOT of email offers with no Unsubscribe button on the bottom. Other than that, I have no experience from their services :)

BodyBuilding.com - great support from Mighty Millie I had great help from Mighty Millie in BB.com support, first in getting a prompt refund for something I had ordered that was out-of-stock, and then later with a problem with a web order that was not properly crediting my shipping cost. Millie resolved both issues for me quickly and satisfactorily.

Reached out because I had no idea where… Reached out because I had no idea where my shipment was and "Mighty Millie" responded to my email very fast and gave me the information I need to track my shipment. I honestly was NOT expecting a response today let alone within 15 mins, that's UNHEARD of, so for that, thats a score of 100 out of 10!!!! Thank you Mighty Millie

Your company should considered itself… Your company should considered itself blessed it has someone like "Mighty" Millie working for them. This is a person who could be anywhere doing anything she wants based on her personality and people skills alone. I never leave reviews or feedback, so it says a lot that I am even doing this. Give this one a raise or something because you cannot ever lose talent like this. Honestly amd sincerely, I was very impressed.

I signed up for a year on March 23rd… Update: The website was finally fixed and i was able to sign on today April 19th. I signed up for a year on March 23rd and attempted to sign on April 1st , unable to sign on . When i try to online chat , its just a generic virtual bot , not helpful ! You leave your msg and email thrn eventually you get an automated email back . It is now April 8th snd still unable to use . The company email stated having password sign in technical issues and will come back better than ever . I will give them one more week to straighten their web page or .I will contact my credit card company and have charges reversed !
