GBI've used bodybuilding.com on a number… I've used bodybuilding.com on a number of occasons and cen honestly say that the convenience of their services is 'meh' at best. They aren't outstanding but neither are they terrible. The layout of their webpage is passable, but unless you know exactly what it is you're looking for you can get lost quite easily. Prices are average, yet they don't have an absurdly large variety of items, so it's hit or miss depending on what you're after. Overall the expirience was satisfactory but nothing remarkable.

CAGreat customer service keeps me coming back... BB.COM has always been a great place to order supplements, clothing and look for advice on training. Perhaps not the cheapest but they have great sales and quick shipping. One area where they excel is with customer service. If there is ever an order issue they are quick to respond and equally quick to resolve. Whether it is damaged packaging, something that is out of stock or missed in an order. Things are always resolved, usually in minutes. My latest experience was no exception. Within 5 minutes of submitting my question via their online chat, Mighty Millie was emailing me with status and confirmation on resolution. Great customer service keeps me coming back.

CAI signed up for a year on March 23rd… Update: The website was finally fixed and i was able to sign on today April 19th. I signed up for a year on March 23rd and attempted to sign on April 1st , unable to sign on . When i try to online chat , its just a generic virtual bot , not helpful ! You leave your msg and email thrn eventually you get an automated email back . It is now April 8th snd still unable to use . The company email stated having password sign in technical issues and will come back better than ever . I will give them one more week to straighten their web page or .I will contact my credit card company and have charges reversed !

CAAfter numerous attempts to figure out… After numerous attempts to figure out why my products wouldn’t ship and dealing with two previous employees, I finally got my products shipped after 2 and a half weeks. “Gainz” Garrett was the only person who seemed to understand what he was doing and got everything figured out. Unfortunately after my experiences previously, a product came damaged which was extremely frustrating. I happened to deal with Garrett again and he sent a new product out right away. It’s been a pleasure dealing with him, despite my disappointment in the company.

NONot easy to close the account The process to close the account is not easy. They still rely on ancient email communication and manual processing. Guess that keep their userbase high (watch out investors). GDPR: The process to delete my user data data connected to their third party partners is thiresome. After some email with support you need to fill out an online form from a third party company with no obvious connection to this site. After becoming a customer, they send a LOT of email offers with no Unsubscribe button on the bottom. Other than that, I have no experience from their services :)
