Customer service rep Champion Chris VERY helpful The warehouse forgot to attach a bill of lading with my order so I was charged tax again at customs. Needless to say, I was pretty frustrated. Customer service rep Champion Chris was communicative and helped me through the process including getting me reimbursed. He turned what was a sour experience with BB.com into a great one.

After numerous attempts to figure out… After numerous attempts to figure out why my products wouldn’t ship and dealing with two previous employees, I finally got my products shipped after 2 and a half weeks. “Gainz” Garrett was the only person who seemed to understand what he was doing and got everything figured out. Unfortunately after my experiences previously, a product came damaged which was extremely frustrating. I happened to deal with Garrett again and he sent a new product out right away. It’s been a pleasure dealing with him, despite my disappointment in the company.

Mighty Millie always goes above and beyond and I feel like I've increased in knowledge about subject matter which I thought I always knew more about. I have actually called and asked for her before because I wanted to speak with her more than other reps. I was only contacting Millie for questions on how I could save a few dollars on a product. At first she gave me a polite answer and then when I we were done and I wasn’t able to save anymore, Millie went and sent me a $15 gift card to use on the site! Perfect example of great customer service!

Very bad, don't try it. Very bad customer service, prices are not clear, they don't pay the duty fees, they didn't even mention that on their website like other websites which write "price + taxes". For more than one month now and still didn't get my order. I'm using the website since 2016 and made many orders without any problems in the past, but now after corona they are more than bad, it will be the last time ordering from this website. Don't try it and waste your time and money.
