GBNo deliveries no refunds No deliveries no refunds. Ordered 2 jym whey costing over 100£. Nothing arrived and i was told customs had some problems so it has been returned(this was on fedex site) asked for refund but there is no customer service to talk to. Only a virtual assistant who will go in loops and loops only taking your email most of the time uk order number aren’t even found on their website. Thankfully I opened a case against them on paypal and they haven’t even responded to them yet ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS!

USCustomer service rep Champion Chris VERY helpful The warehouse forgot to attach a bill of lading with my order so I was charged tax again at customs. Needless to say, I was pretty frustrated. Customer service rep Champion Chris was communicative and helped me through the process including getting me reimbursed. He turned what was a sour experience with BB.com into a great one.

USBodyBuilding.com - great support from Mighty Millie I had great help from Mighty Millie in BB.com support, first in getting a prompt refund for something I had ordered that was out-of-stock, and then later with a problem with a web order that was not properly crediting my shipping cost. Millie resolved both issues for me quickly and satisfactorily.

USBest Customer Service Reps in The Game!! I am a big fan of Bodybuilding.com and I love the creative way in which they advertise a promotion on their website that a particular supplement I am using is having a massive discount!!! Totally awesome when they do that! This company truly cares about it's customers and yes, they have among the very best in the CSR Game for sure! NONot easy to close the account The process to close the account is not easy. They still rely on ancient email communication and manual processing. Guess that keep their userbase high (watch out investors). GDPR: The process to delete my user data data connected to their third party partners is thiresome. After some email with support you need to fill out an online form from a third party company with no obvious connection to this site. After becoming a customer, they send a LOT of email offers with no Unsubscribe button on the bottom. Other than that, I have no experience from their services :)
