GBI had an electrical issue with my… I had an electrical issue with my bottle within 30 days of owning it. I send a message to them and I had a response in a few hours. A new bottle is being delivered to me with no hassle. I’m covering the freight and I think that’s fair. I didn’t know you can’t use any USB cable you wish. You must use the cable that ships with the bottle.

GBMixed feelings I brought two ion bottles, two different t shapes. One keeps water cold, amazing. The other one didn’t keep the temperature Both bottles within the space of 12 months have broken at the clasp used to open the bottle. Disappointed as they are higher end bottles so did not expect this It has put me off buying another one

CAThis has been a horrible experience… This has been a horrible experience they are using cheap product and putting their name on them and calling them their own and lying when confronted about it. It’s a shame and worse off people actually work for them and carry their faulty claims and stand behind it…. Don’t get fooled from this so called brand of knockoff garbage.

They went to great lengths to ensure I got a perfect bottle and it was obvious that they cared about what they were selling, satisfied customers and the health benefits of this water.
