After some further looking into my concern we seem to have fixed the seal from leaking. The team was very responsive and helpful and shipping was swift! Customer Service … I made my first purchase of a hydrogen water bottle based on what I learned thru research and reading of the benefits. I made additional purchases for family and friends! Then, I purchased the Pro Hydrogen Bottle mainly for the higher ppb! When I needed Customer Service on one of my purchases, they were quick to respond and they completely resolved the problem at hand without a moment of opposition! Great customer service. I had a minor problem with a bottle and customer service replaced the bottle with a different model. They went to great lengths to ensure I got a perfect bottle and it was obvious that they cared about what they were selling, satisfied customers and the health benefits of this water. Rust particles started appearing at the… Rust particles started appearing at the bottom of the bottle. You can see under the membrane there is rust inside near the screws that hold the seal at the base to make the membrane waterproof. I reached out to the company via their texting service and have yet to receive any response. I have operated the bottle according to manufacturer guidelines and relieved pressure after each use.
