This is the most unpleasant and worst… This is the most unpleasant and worst experience I’ve ever had. After ordering your $79. Hydrogen bottle not only did it NOT come with the correct user instructions but the bottle leaked no matter how tightly it was screwed on!!! I was sent a replacement bottle explaining that there was no water cap to be removed but the replacement bottle also leaked!! I sent video clips of each bottle leaking and am demanding a FULL REFUND!!!

Customer Service … I made my first purchase of a hydrogen water bottle based on what I learned thru research and reading of the benefits. I made additional purchases for family and friends! Then, I purchased the Pro Hydrogen Bottle mainly for the higher ppb! When I needed Customer Service on one of my purchases, they were quick to respond and they completely resolved the problem at hand without a moment of opposition! I can’t say enough about the Company, their Representatives, and the professionalism shown to me. Class Act!!!!

Franz has been one of the best representatives I've ever worked with! Franz has been absolutely amazing during this frustration. He was understanding, kind, compassionate and sympathetic. Not only that, he went above and beyond to see if we could get my ionbottle working without having to wait for a replacement. I cannot thank him enough for his time and thoughtfulness.

Great customer service Great customer service, I dropped and broke my water bottle 3 weeks after having it. I contacted customer service to see if it was covered under warranty and it wasn’t but they went ahead and shipped me a new bottle anyways. That is how you keep customers coming back!

Mixed feelings I brought two ion bottles, two different t shapes. One keeps water cold, amazing. The other one didn’t keep the temperature Both bottles within the space of 12 months have broken at the clasp used to open the bottle. Disappointed as they are higher end bottles so did not expect this It has put me off buying another one
