GBMy experience is a positive one My experience is a positive one. Have not noticed any affects of the Hydrogen infused H2O on my performance. Looking forward to some more positive experience. I'm curious, How many PPB does it take to improve performance? It seems like, with the cannula that your not getting the medical benefit that you should.

GBMixed feelings I brought two ion bottles, two different t shapes. One keeps water cold, amazing. The other one didn’t keep the temperature Both bottles within the space of 12 months have broken at the clasp used to open the bottle. Disappointed as they are higher end bottles so did not expect this It has put me off buying another one

GBI had an electrical issue with my… I had an electrical issue with my bottle within 30 days of owning it. I send a message to them and I had a response in a few hours. A new bottle is being delivered to me with no hassle. I’m covering the freight and I think that’s fair. I didn’t know you can’t use any USB cable you wish. You must use the cable that ships with the bottle.

GBGreat customer service. I had a minor problem with a bottle and customer service replaced the bottle with a different model. They went to great lengths to ensure I got a perfect bottle and it was obvious that they cared about what they were selling, satisfied customers and the health benefits of this water. This is why we need small businesses in our world. Much appreciated.
