No product is perfect, and things may go awry. Ion Bottle backs their product and has EXCELLENT customer service to address issues with the product making sure you have a functional bottle.

USI had an electrical issue with my… I had an electrical issue with my bottle within 30 days of owning it. I send a message to them and I had a response in a few hours. A new bottle is being delivered to me with no hassle. I’m covering the freight and I think that’s fair. I didn’t know you can’t use any USB cable you wish. You must use the cable that ships with the bottle.

USQuality Products and Customer Service Very reliable company who stands behind their products. Customer service is top notch. I required a replacement bottle due to a slight defect. They were right on it and sent out the replacement the very next day. Absolutely recommend ionbottles and the people who stand behind their products.
