This has been a horrible experience… This has been a horrible experience they are using cheap product and putting their name on them and calling them their own and lying when confronted about it. It’s a shame and worse off people actually work for them and carry their faulty claims and stand behind it…. Don’t get fooled from this so called brand of knockoff garbage.

Great customer service. I had a minor problem with a bottle and customer service replaced the bottle with a different model. They went to great lengths to ensure I got a perfect bottle and it was obvious that they cared about what they were selling, satisfied customers and the health benefits of this water. This is why we need small businesses in our world. Much appreciated.

Still undecided to buy a second one The first thing I want to say is that delivery was prompt and professional. Regarding the bottle. I bought this for my brother as a present with an idea that if he found a benefit I would also purchase one for myself. I have been diagnosed with MS two years ago and I am always looking for things to help. My brother has been using it for the last near three weeks and he told me that he cannot say for certain if it is helping him feel better or not. The only benefit that he sees is that he is drinking more water, which cannot be a bad thing. However I have not purchased one as they are not a cheap investment for just a water bottle. I will ask him again in another few weeks and then make my mind up to purchase one or not. I truly hope he sees a benefit as I would love to get one and also see a benefit form my MS as from what Ionbottles say about their bottles it would be perfect as MS is a ìn inflammatory illness and reduces energy etc. So I really hope that he comes back and tells me yers go buy one.

This is the most unpleasant and worst… This is the most unpleasant and worst experience I’ve ever had. After ordering your $79. Hydrogen bottle not only did it NOT come with the correct user instructions but the bottle leaked no matter how tightly it was screwed on!!! I was sent a replacement bottle explaining that there was no water cap to be removed but the replacement bottle also leaked!! I sent video clips of each bottle leaking and am demanding a FULL REFUND!!!

My experience is a positive one My experience is a positive one. Have not noticed any affects of the Hydrogen infused H2O on my performance. Looking forward to some more positive experience. I'm curious, How many PPB does it take to improve performance? It seems like, with the cannula that your not getting the medical benefit that you should.
