Correct and profesionallty Bottle is verry good, and I saw impact while using it, anyways my bottle died after 2 months of using it, I sent them an explanied everything what happend, happily they sent me a new one, ❤️

I reached out with a concern I reached out with a concern after receiving my bottle and was promptly answered within less than 24 hours. After some further looking into my concern we seem to have fixed the seal from leaking. The team was very responsive and helpful and shipping was swift! Very pleased with the product and communication.

Customer service done right!! My bottle got delivered to me defective. I contacted customer service and after a couple attempts to troubleshoot they decided to go ahead and send out a new one to me free of charge.. they really stepped up to take of the issue and make it right Thank you ionBottles

Franz has been one of the best representatives I've ever worked with! Franz has been absolutely amazing during this frustration. He was understanding, kind, compassionate and sympathetic. Not only that, he went above and beyond to see if we could get my ionbottle working without having to wait for a replacement. I cannot thank him enough for his time and thoughtfulness.

This has been a horrible experience… This has been a horrible experience they are using cheap product and putting their name on them and calling them their own and lying when confronted about it. It’s a shame and worse off people actually work for them and carry their faulty claims and stand behind it…. Don’t get fooled from this so called brand of knockoff garbage.
