They went to great lengths to ensure I got a perfect bottle and it was obvious that they cared about what they were selling, satisfied customers and the health benefits of this water. GBRust particles started appearing at the… Rust particles started appearing at the bottom of the bottle. You can see under the membrane there is rust inside near the screws that hold the seal at the base to make the membrane waterproof. I reached out to the company via their texting service and have yet to receive any response. I have operated the bottle according to manufacturer guidelines and relieved pressure after each use.

GBMixed feelings I brought two ion bottles, two different t shapes. One keeps water cold, amazing. The other one didn’t keep the temperature Both bottles within the space of 12 months have broken at the clasp used to open the bottle. Disappointed as they are higher end bottles so did not expect this It has put me off buying another one

GBCustomer service done right!! My bottle got delivered to me defective. I contacted customer service and after a couple attempts to troubleshoot they decided to go ahead and send out a new one to me free of charge.. they really stepped up to take of the issue and make it right Thank you ionBottles
