Though I have good experience on being both sides of the table, I still get very nervous and anxious about being interviewed. Great experience! I had a great experience with the folks at TripleByte. The process was mostly enough and they treated me with a lot of respect, honesty, clarity, and care. It was refreshing to be able to have a conversation directly with a company without having to take yet another phone screen interview. They didn't have any on-site jobs outside of NYC/SEA/SFO, and they had a smaller selection of jobs for remote work. But that's more of a market problem than a platform problem.

They ask about the types of companies you'd be interested in and take care to match your preferences to interesting companies on their platform. They assign you a talent manager who meets with you regularly to help you meet your objectives and to give you advice. They book your interviews, and cover your travel expenses. All round these guys & gals at TripleByte provide a great service.

Terrific This is my second time using Triplebyte. The first time through, I couldn't find the right match and accepted an external offer. They've since updated and personalized the process a bit, and provide enough information on company mission, size, funding, etc. that you don't waste any time screening. The Talent Managers will also provide as much or as little guidance as you like. This time around, I ended up with a few great offers in just a couple of weeks. Overall, very smooth experience.
