Triplebyte Triplebyte's interview process was very practical and relevant to the industry. Given that you go straight to onsite rounds after this, the hours spent was well worth it. The talent managers were all very helpful and encouraging. They gave very timely advice and relevant information. The only downside is the choice of companies, which are mostly startups. Booking flights and scheduling hotel is also a lengthy and difficult process.

After comes the company matching where there is a fit call and if so, an onsite is scheduled. Along the way you are paired with a talent manager who is extremely talented and knowledgeable to help guide you through the process. Would recommend!

The technical interview they give is very well done and they give you detailed feedback which is extremely helpful when studying for onsites. Great experience! I had a great experience with the folks at TripleByte. The process was mostly enough and they treated me with a lot of respect, honesty, clarity, and care. It was refreshing to be able to have a conversation directly with a company without having to take yet another phone screen interview. They didn't have any on-site jobs outside of NYC/SEA/SFO, and they had a smaller selection of jobs for remote work. But that's more of a market problem than a platform problem.
