Good experience I will definitely recommend Triplebyte to people looking for tech jobs in the coasts, especially those feel they are technically competent but finds it hard to land interviews. They provide great study material for both coding questions, and system design. They ask about the types of companies you'd be interested in and take care to match your preferences to interesting companies on their platform. They assign you a talent manager who meets with you regularly to help you meet your objectives and to give you advice. They book your interviews, and cover your travel expenses. Great experience! I had a great experience with the folks at TripleByte. The process was mostly enough and they treated me with a lot of respect, honesty, clarity, and care. It was refreshing to be able to have a conversation directly with a company without having to take yet another phone screen interview. They didn't have any on-site jobs outside of NYC/SEA/SFO, and they had a smaller selection of jobs for remote work. But that's more of a market problem than a platform problem.

The entire process was amazing! The entire process was as pleasant as could be. The process starts with a screen to assess your skills and motivations. After comes the company matching where there is a fit call and if so, an onsite is scheduled. Along the way you are paired with a talent manager who is extremely talented and knowledgeable to help guide you through the process. Would recommend!

highly recommend triplebyte Triplebyte was a great service, found and hired by a very cool company through them. by just taking their online quiz and video interview, essentially fast tracks you to their portfolio of partner companies looking for eng talent. really diverse group of companies that they curate. skipping the technical screen was such a time saver, and you end up getting in touch with some really great companies that are under the radar or outside your potential domain of knowledge. highly recommended
