After comes the company matching where there is a fit call and if so, an onsite is scheduled. Along the way you are paired with a talent manager who is extremely talented and knowledgeable to help guide you through the process. Would recommend!

Triplebyte Triplebyte's interview process was very practical and relevant to the industry. Given that you go straight to onsite rounds after this, the hours spent was well worth it. The talent managers were all very helpful and encouraging. They gave very timely advice and relevant information. The only downside is the choice of companies, which are mostly startups. Booking flights and scheduling hotel is also a lengthy and difficult process.

Good experience I will definitely recommend Triplebyte to people looking for tech jobs in the coasts, especially those feel they are technically competent but finds it hard to land interviews.
