USI had a great experience with… I had a great experience with Triplebyte. The technical interview process with them was challenging, I failed at first and had to retry. I got good constructive feedback and then passed it later on. After I got onto the platform it really helped streamline the process. Companies reached out to me, I lined up 4 on-sites pretty quickly, got two offers, and my talent manager gave me great advice on how to negotiate.

SGTriplebyte Triplebyte's interview process was very practical and relevant to the industry. Given that you go straight to onsite rounds after this, the hours spent was well worth it. The talent managers were all very helpful and encouraging. They gave very timely advice and relevant information. The only downside is the choice of companies, which are mostly startups. Booking flights and scheduling hotel is also a lengthy and difficult process.

USGreat onsite experiences Great onsite experiences Once I clear triplebyte, I went on sites with extra confidence. Though I have good experience on being both sides of the table, I still get very nervous and anxious about being interviewed. The Triplebyte review really helped me in gaining extra confidence as I already won half the battle. Interviewers know my strengths and weaknesses already and I can focus only on my strengths.

UShighly recommend triplebyte Triplebyte was a great service, found and hired by a very cool company through them. by just taking their online quiz and video interview, essentially fast tracks you to their portfolio of partner companies looking for eng talent. really diverse group of companies that they curate. skipping the technical screen was such a time saver, and you end up getting in touch with some really great companies that are under the radar or outside your potential domain of knowledge. highly recommended

USGreat experience! I had a great experience with the folks at TripleByte. The process was mostly enough and they treated me with a lot of respect, honesty, clarity, and care. It was refreshing to be able to have a conversation directly with a company without having to take yet another phone screen interview. They didn't have any on-site jobs outside of NYC/SEA/SFO, and they had a smaller selection of jobs for remote work. But that's more of a market problem than a platform problem.
