Great experience! I had a great experience with the folks at TripleByte. The process was mostly enough and they treated me with a lot of respect, honesty, clarity, and care. It was refreshing to be able to have a conversation directly with a company without having to take yet another phone screen interview. They didn't have any on-site jobs outside of NYC/SEA/SFO, and they had a smaller selection of jobs for remote work. But that's more of a market problem than a platform problem.

The entire process was amazing! The entire process was as pleasant as could be. The process starts with a screen to assess your skills and motivations. After comes the company matching where there is a fit call and if so, an onsite is scheduled. Along the way you are paired with a talent manager who is extremely talented and knowledgeable to help guide you through the process. Would recommend!

Good experience I will definitely recommend Triplebyte to people looking for tech jobs in the coasts, especially those feel they are technically competent but finds it hard to land interviews. Landed a job better than I knew was even out there! The interview was extremely professional and impressive in its breadth and depth, and Triplebyte's site was clear and easy to act on throughout.
