I got good constructive feedback and then passed it later on. After I got onto the platform it really helped streamline the process. Companies reached out to me, I lined up 4 on-sites pretty quickly, got two offers, and my talent manager gave me great advice on how to negotiate.

Terrific This is my second time using Triplebyte. The first time through, I couldn't find the right match and accepted an external offer. They've since updated and personalized the process a bit, and provide enough information on company mission, size, funding, etc. that you don't waste any time screening. The Talent Managers will also provide as much or as little guidance as you like. This time around, I ended up with a few great offers in just a couple of weeks. Overall, very smooth experience.
