GBJessica keeps it REAL! Realistically, STRESS plays a big role in all of our lives, and it was refreshing to learn productive "habits" that can help reduce stress in our every day lives! Jessica is a breath of fresh air in that she "normalizes" stress, and makes you aware that you are not alone...and teaches "habits" that can help you manage stress on a day-to-day basis. Warm and approachable, Jessica was fantastic!

GBJessica's Workshop was Genuinely Life-Changing Jessica delivered! She was so great, and such a natural speaker. I thought I already knew all of the techniques to managing stress, but Jessica gave me tools and that I will use for the rest of my life. Her examples and life experience made the workshop not only fun, but very meaningful. There were times when the whole room was touched by her words, and other times when she had the whole room laughing. I was truly amazed by this experience and I would highly recommend her for any type of business or team. I don't know what else to say other than the experience was genuinely life-changing!

GBEfficient and packed with valuable information Jessica provided the six series stress management workshop for our staff of 20 over the course of six months. She also included opportunities for our staff to have 1:1 confidential coaching sessions when she was on-site delivering each workshop. The sessions were not mandatory to attend and we tried to include incentives for staff to attend the first session by providing lunch, however it was not needed. The content was perfect for the staff, and we had consistent attendance throughout the six sessions. Our staff generally found the workshops to be helpful and some staff who were not scheduled to work that day came in any way for the sessions. The best part for me, as the employer, was the length of time of each session. They only lasted for 45 minutes and were packed with valuable information in a short span of time.
