I’m a stress management coach and I help people increase self-awareness and decrease stress. I want to help bring self-awareness into your life. When we create self-awareness, we begin to understand what we need and want in our life. We have the ability to have healthy relationships with ourselves and others. Other benefits include communicating effectively and having better time management.

Highly Recommend! If you are considering bringing Jessica in to support your staff, I highly encourage you to bite the bullet. My company, a general contractor, brought Jessica in to speak to us on International Women's Day during Women in Construction Week. She gave us 5 strategies to address stress, and each woman that attended the session left feeling eager and ready to implement more self care. We felt validated and encouraged by Jessica. She is overall very engaging, interactive, realistic, and super supportive. We hope to be able to bring her back in to continue learning from her and what she has to share!
