When we create self-awareness, we begin to understand what we need and want in our life. We have the ability to have healthy relationships with ourselves and others. The Amazing Jessica! The Amazing Jessica! Jessica was invited to do a 25-minute presentation to a small women's group on “5 Tips to Manage Stress.” The presentation was interactive and Jessica was extremely engaging. I learned a lot about myself and how I can effectively treat and manage my stress quickly. I would highly recommend Jessica. She was a pleasure and her energy really added to the meeting.
