When we create self-awareness, we begin to understand what we need and want in our life. We have the ability to have healthy relationships with ourselves and others. Jessica's Workshop was Genuinely Life-Changing Jessica delivered! She was so great, and such a natural speaker. I thought I already knew all of the techniques to managing stress, but Jessica gave me tools and that I will use for the rest of my life. Her examples and life experience made the workshop not only fun, but very meaningful. There were times when the whole room was touched by her words, and other times when she had the whole room laughing. I was truly amazed by this experience and I would highly recommend her for any type of business or team. I don't know what else to say other than the experience was genuinely life-changing!

The Amazing Jessica! The Amazing Jessica! Jessica was invited to do a 25-minute presentation to a small women's group on “5 Tips to Manage Stress.” The presentation was interactive and Jessica was extremely engaging. I learned a lot about myself and how I can effectively treat and manage my stress quickly. I would highly recommend Jessica. She was a pleasure and her energy really added to the meeting. Jess recently took our corporate team… Jess recently took our corporate team through a session on providing tools and daily habits to reduce stress. Jessica keeps it REAL! Realistically, STRESS plays a big role in all of our lives, and it was refreshing to learn productive "habits" that can help reduce stress in our every day lives! Jessica attended our company meeting to… Jessica attended our company meeting to speak on "Stress Management" which was perfect for our employees as they are dealing with customers and working in crews daily, sometimes high-stress environments. She was informative and really pushed our employees to participate in the session. She was easy to relate to, listen to and she seems understanding and compassionate.
