I was treated respectfully and courteously. Once I began taking Plenity, I was fully prepared for the minor discomfort I had in the first couple of weeks. Plenity supports my ability to pre-plan reasonable meal portions without feeling hungry, and I can mindfully enjoy smaller meals without being tempted to take more than I really need. I am just at the beginning of my weight loss and plan to continue Plenity for at least six months to meet my weight goals. GBIm doing really well Im doing really well. I went rogue some for thanksgiving and this christmas holiday. Still working out every day. Taking medication an eating less. Gained Pound back from my weight lost. However,back on track started today. It doesn't feel hard or feel like i'm starting new. Im just continuing my norm.

GBInitially Initially, I the product had an adverse effect,causing extreme constipation, even with drinking 64 oz of water daily. I reduced to 2 tablets and that helps. Unfortunately, like any other diet, consistency is the key. For various reasons ,I have fallen off the wagon so I can't really comment on effectiveness. It did help to feel a bit fuller which is a huge thing. I am now combining this with other diet supplements to see if it works any better.

GBQuick to take your money Quick to take your money, but have not received product and shows not shipped, but label was cut 5 days ago. Paid extra for 2nd day ups shipping. I have called, no one answers or returns calls, messages nothing and sent an email. Curious, does this company actually exist? So far not impressed and not professional.
