GBDo not buy this product Do not buy this product. Trying to cancel and is impossible. Left messages and emails requesting cancellation…nothing. Oh, 1 returned call saying “We have no record of you”. They will answer to set you up but ghost you when you want to cancel!!

ILLost 22 pounds in 2 months and kept off weight I have been taking Plenity for more than 18 months. I lost 22 pounds in 2 months and am now normal weight since then. I stay on Plenity because it helps me avoid cravings for carbs (as a diabetic on metformin) and I've kept the weight off. One thing they don't mention but I've noticed is is that it made my bowel movements very consistent and I no longer have constipation and diarrhea.

GBMy Plenity Experience I started with Plenity during the early days of their initial roll-out. The process to access Plenity was incredibly easy through the Ro platform. I answered a few simple questions, visiting on-line with a doctor, and Plenity showed up on my doorstep in two days. It was super easy. More importantly, after taking Plenity for the first three weeks with significant amounts of water prior to eating lunch and dinner, I lost 12 pounds and felt great. Normally, I used to eat huge dinners; no longer. I got more full, quicker than I used to and didn't over-eat. It's been a tremendous tool in my weight-loss journey. 10/10

GBI've lost 38 pounds I started in June 2022 and I've lost 38 pounds. It helps with my cravings and between meal snacking. It took a bit of time to work so for the first week or two I didn't see a big difference abut then the weight started coming off and I've lost many inches from my midsection and clothes fit better. I'm not sure why I didn't immediately feel full - maybe because I wasn't used to listening to my body tell me I had enough? Anyways, I highly recommend doing this and sticking to it for at least a month.

I was treated respectfully and courteously. Once I began taking Plenity, I was fully prepared for the minor discomfort I had in the first couple of weeks. Plenity supports my ability to pre-plan reasonable meal portions without feeling hungry, and I can mindfully enjoy smaller meals without being tempted to take more than I really need. I am just at the beginning of my weight loss and plan to continue Plenity for at least six months to meet my weight goals.
