USSlow and steady Unfortunately Plenity doesn't kill your cravings. It does keep me feeling less hungry and I do get the feeling of being fuller longer which helps me to make better food choices. I don't like the plentiy app as well as some others I've used but if it's the only one you have tried i feel it would be sufficient. I also am finding that Doctors contact are a bit tough for me. Over all I'd like to be losing more weight faster but at the same time I feel I'm forming some healthy habits because I'm not hungry all the time so I make better choices. I am hopeful.

USPlenity helps me make mindful choices without feeling deprived. I liked the ease of connecting with a healthcare professional to discuss my concerns and eligibility. I was treated respectfully and courteously. Once I began taking Plenity, I was fully prepared for the minor discomfort I had in the first couple of weeks. Plenity supports my ability to pre-plan reasonable meal portions without feeling hungry, and I can mindfully enjoy smaller meals without being tempted to take more than I really need. I am just at the beginning of my weight loss and plan to continue Plenity for at least six months to meet my weight goals. I can embrace long term, permanent change without feeling that I’m always hungry or unsatisfied.

USPlentity Works! I am in my 4th week. Plentity definitely does make you feel full and eat less. I would like more support with my eating so I have scheduled online help and I think this is super important, no matter how great the medicine works. Being addicted to food doesn’t go away magically but the support offered is also a huge benefit of the medicine. I would definitely recommend trying Plentity.

USNot for everyone I don’t believe it was anyone’s fault. I took Plenity as instructed. I workout vigorously 75 - 120 min a day 7 days a week at times. And I’m a runner. I don’t eat unhealthy but not going to say I’m a healthy eater also. I consume alcohol moderately. Since it didn’t appear to be working for me. And I saw minimal weight loss. Decided to just stop taking and no longer place an additional order.
