GBMy Plenity Experience I started with Plenity during the early days of their initial roll-out. The process to access Plenity was incredibly easy through the Ro platform. I answered a few simple questions, visiting on-line with a doctor, and Plenity showed up on my doorstep in two days. It was super easy. More importantly, after taking Plenity for the first three weeks with significant amounts of water prior to eating lunch and dinner, I lost 12 pounds and felt great. Normally, I used to eat huge dinners; no longer. I got more full, quicker than I used to and didn't over-eat. It's been a tremendous tool in my weight-loss journey. 10/10

GBSlow and steady Unfortunately Plenity doesn't kill your cravings. It does keep me feeling less hungry and I do get the feeling of being fuller longer which helps me to make better food choices. I don't like the plentiy app as well as some others I've used but if it's the only one you have tried i feel it would be sufficient. I also am finding that Doctors contact are a bit tough for me. Over all I'd like to be losing more weight faster but at the same time I feel I'm forming some healthy habits because I'm not hungry all the time so I make better choices. I am hopeful.

GBI saw an ad Plenity and decided to log… I saw an ad Plenity and decided to log on find out more about it. I appreciated the approach they take when asking questions about my health and were quick to respond with inquiries I had. After completing the questionnaire, and approved for a prescription, I decided to give this a try. If you have issues swallowing three large pills, twice a day with lots of water, this may not be for you. Happily for me, that wasn’t the case. You definitely experience a “full” feeling and know when you have had enough to eat. I successfully lost 10 pounds without much effort! #PlenityAmbassador

GBNot for everyone I don’t believe it was anyone’s fault. I took Plenity as instructed. I workout vigorously 75 - 120 min a day 7 days a week at times. And I’m a runner. I don’t eat unhealthy but not going to say I’m a healthy eater also. I consume alcohol moderately. Since it didn’t appear to be working for me. And I saw minimal weight loss. Decided to just stop taking and no longer place an additional order.

GBInitially the feeling of fullness was… Initially the feeling of fullness was great and long lasting. It seems as the weeks progress (I just finished week 8), the feeling of fullness is less prevalent. I'll stick with it, although the weight loss is slowing down, which is discouraging after being pretty vigilant with a much lower daily calorie intake.
