GBThey will charge you before alerting… They will charge you before alerting you that you are being charged. Then they will not refund your money when you immediately ask for a cancellation. There is no "profile" to log into so you never know when your year is up and how to cancel ahead of time. I was told there is no phone support and that they CAN NOT issue refunds even if I asked within 24 hours of being charged. Unacceptable customer service. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE.

GBAside from a poor product this company… Aside from a poor product this company has poor ethics. You will get Glorified emails about a topic from an “expert.” Which google searches will yield you better info. Aside reform that even if you cancel prior to the 30 days and have screenshot proof of your cancellation they will STILL bill you. Stay away keep your money and try coursea which has tío professors from leading universities giving FREE classes. There are paid ones too and you can get college credit. This company is nothing more than gloried emails and dull dull content

GBIf I could give zero o would If I could give zero o would. They never sent me anything after the first two weeks and then casually charged me a thirty dollar renewal fee and would not refund it even though o contacted them immediately and told th o never rece Fed their crappy government ridiculous. They’ve got some nerve calling themselves “highbrow” when they are fraudsters and scammers and are about as lowbrow as they can get. I’m contacting my attorney general and BBB to report their scam

GBHere's the deal Pros: sleek design, interesting content Cons: content lacks depth and skews toward generic truisms; they don't honor customer satisfaction - if you don't like their product, then you're stuck with it for a year and the $48 USD price Observations: they send the course(s) you choose, otherwise you don't hear from them

CAI have exactly the same complaints… I have exactly the same complaints about Highbrough as the others. They are deceitful, & what gauls me is that they explain their position as if it is the word of law - actually it is not, it is just their fraudulent policy. Actually in much of Canada, this policy is called 'reverse onus' & it is illegal. This company is not truthful & has horrible customer relations, they are fraudulent & dishonest. To take advantage of those who wish to improve their education, & put in disrepute the numerous instructors who work for them is shameful. I wonder if they even know what is going on behind their backs.
