They will charge you before alerting… They will charge you before alerting you that you are being charged. Then they will not refund your money when you immediately ask for a cancellation. There is no "profile" to log into so you never know when your year is up and how to cancel ahead of time. I was told there is no phone support and that they CAN NOT issue refunds even if I asked within 24 hours of being charged. Unacceptable customer service. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE.

Really bad subscription practices Really bad practices in terms of trial periods / paid membership subscriptions. Will not accept to refund, even though their cancellation page was broken. I recommend you stear away from this company as much as you can!!

BEWARE - A auto renew policy BEWARE -- All accounts are set to auto-renew. I never received any notification that my account was going to be renewed in the near future. I contacted them one day after my account was renewed, asking for a refund as I had not used their service in many months. They canceled my account effective one year from the renewal date and are denying me a refund.

Garbage Garbage. These “classes” are basically just curated newspaper clippings. To add insult to injury, the unsubscribe button apparently doesn’t work. I unsubscribed before my trial was over, but they’re telling me they didn’t see it. To make it even worse, they charged me before my trial was even over and now they won’t refund the money. It’s a crappy product and the people are unethical.

No notice of impending subscription expiration; No refunds Stay away; it's a LOWBROW business model. I had a trial subscription at a reduced rate. On the evening of the trial expiration date I received a receipt for a year's subscription ($60+) that included a statement that if I canceled the subscription by that date, I wouldn't be charged, even though they had already charged me. I promptly canceled (on said date), but Highbrow denied my request for a refund. The predatory practices of such subscription-based services are disgusting.
