GBNo notice of impending subscription expiration; No refunds Stay away; it's a LOWBROW business model. I had a trial subscription at a reduced rate. On the evening of the trial expiration date I received a receipt for a year's subscription ($60+) that included a statement that if I canceled the subscription by that date, I wouldn't be charged, even though they had already charged me. I promptly canceled (on said date), but Highbrow denied my request for a refund. The predatory practices of such subscription-based services are disgusting.

PKMy experience with highbrow was… My experience with highbrow was great.The whole staff is very cooperative and helpful .Most importantly the teachers they provided were so kind and effecient towards their students.

FRTiny bubble of knowledge everyday I just love this service. I find it very clever. The emails are short and easy to read, you can feel it's structured and going somewhere. I subscribe essentially to personal growth and business Highbrow lessons and they've helped me having those "aha moments". Very practical advices too. I love the service so much i might start redaction a class myself. I've been really enjoying those tiny bubbles of knowledge throughout the week.

GBReal learning in bite-sized pieces I'm pleasantly surprised at how much I've learned from some of the Highbrow courses. As a busy professional, it's hard to find time to study long texts about subjects I'm curious about. Too often, I abandon articles or books before finishing them, simply because of the pace of work. Highbrow sends bite-sized pieces of learning each morning, something I can always manage. It is amazing how much information can be packed into those pieces. If I want to explore something further, each day's lesson includes links to other resources, which is invaluable. I'm no expert at the end of ten days, but I've been exposed to the basics and usually some actionable advice I put into practice. Highly recommended.

CAI have exactly the same complaints… I have exactly the same complaints about Highbrough as the others. They are deceitful, & what gauls me is that they explain their position as if it is the word of law - actually it is not, it is just their fraudulent policy. Actually in much of Canada, this policy is called 'reverse onus' & it is illegal. This company is not truthful & has horrible customer relations, they are fraudulent & dishonest. To take advantage of those who wish to improve their education, & put in disrepute the numerous instructors who work for them is shameful. I wonder if they even know what is going on behind their backs.
