WRONGFULLY CHARGED! SCAMMED!!! Tried to cancel my subscription SAME day of purchase because I got MULTIPLE questions on an important quiz. And was still unknowingly charged $39 Which is strangle because I didn’t click that option. Summer is over. I gave no classes for months. I am deeply angered and saddened. Tried to contact about canceling not going through and not answer days ago. Kaylaflores12 account name.

I wished I had read reviews before… I wished I had read reviews before signing up for the trial. And after reading Brainly’s bs responses, it infuriates me. They really do take your money without your permission. What they don’t know, is they are about to have a lawsuit on their hands. You can’t just go around taking money from people without their consent when they explicitly canceled before the trial ended. This is a scam site.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE TRIAL. Would give 0 stars if i could. I signed up for the free 7 day trial then cancelled it two days later. little did I know I got charged 96$ without my permission. I contacted my bank, PayPal, and brainly relentlessly only for them to tell me theres nothing they can do about it, not only that but their support team is extremely rude and the phone number doesnt work. Do not enter your payment info. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE TRIAL.

Money-Hungry Dirtbags... This website had a great business model, just awful execution. You only get THREE free answers a day, then we have to pay a goddamn subscription for some basic answers!? Answers should be much more accessible, and we shouldn't need to buy a subscription for answers that aren't even that good... Also, the website layout is outdated, broken, and glitchy. Overall, this website can kick rocks...

Total scam Total scam! They charged me for an entire year. I contacted them and told them I did not sign up for this and refund me. This was immediately after being charged. They replied and told me they would cancel future charges but they won’t refund me for the year they charged me! SCAM! How is this legal that they can charge you???
