USWorst website in the entire goddam universe I hate brainly, always have. They are constantly limiting the amount of answers you can get, and that can be very annoying when you are asking more than just one. But hey, at least they let you watch an ad to get to see the answer right? Well that’s where the problem come in, I watch their ad about making a brainy account, and once it is done… IT MAKES ME WATCH ANOTHER (and that’s if their ad can even load in the first place). Also, you would think you would get more daily answers when making an account, but no. For some reason every single time I open the app I get locked away from the answers (even if I didn’t even use the app that day). Also their new ai feature is total crap, not the ai itself, more so how they treat it. I look up a complicated question, and the top answer (with 0 votes) is displayed to be the ai answer. Also there will be times were the ai answer has a “expert verified check”, and the answer is just either, not what I was looking for or so vague that there is no way I could put it in. Do not use this website, it is horrible

USWhat can be done about canceling a… What can be done about canceling a subscription. I was charged $10 dollars and I don't even have an account. It isn't "free" and I want to be sure I don't get charged again. No way to talk to a live person. You can cancel your account but not your subscription. I would love an email or text or some sort of communication. Looking into reporting this company at the government site Report Fraud.

US(Waste of TIME!!!) Brainly told me to disable Ad blocker when I am not using it. When I searched for the answer in brainly. it said that I am using ad blocker. This is very annoying AND I AM NOT USING AD BLOCKER.

USI have been trying to cancel this… I have been trying to cancel this subscription for months. I never get the reset password for my account and it continues to charge every single month. There is not number to call and every customer support email I send is an auto reply that always has the same reply! Worst service!

USHaha what a joke this company is Haha what a joke this company is, doesn’t give the right answers then charges you $39 after the free trial after you canceled the same night you got the free trial because it was no help and a complete joke. Rude and disrespectful customer service.
