GBI have a subscription for the 10$ a… I have a subscription for the 10$ a month and I don’t use the app anymore, I cannot find a way to cancel my subscription, the site says I don’t have one and I can literally do nothing. Seems like they want you to forget about the subscription and have the money every month

GBHaha what a joke this company is Haha what a joke this company is, doesn’t give the right answers then charges you $39 after the free trial after you canceled the same night you got the free trial because it was no help and a complete joke. Rude and disrespectful customer service.

AUHorrendous Experience Absolutely unacceptable! I tried to reach the company via emails, phone, and everything with no response! The customer service is terrible, and this is just a way for the company to scam students, which is unbelievably unethical and evil! There's no notification saying the free trial is ending, and the homework answers are all wrong and trolls. I tried everything to get a refund, and they simply don't reply. Please give me a refund on bunrieucuabo022. I'm literally crying and begging you as I don't even have money for food, and you're making students like me suffer really bad.

GBZERO STARS Took my money with their "No refunds" policy. I did not sign up for this service, my child did. I am appalled that this organization cannot understand the situation and return the much needed almost $100! Plus, my child signed up for the free trial thinking if he forgot to cancel that it would only be a monthly fee charged not an ANNUAL FEE. It's as if they trick kids hoping they'll forget so that they can take a hundred from folks with their "NO REFUND" policy. This is a horrible organization.

GBNo response I was charged on June 18 for a subscription that I didn’t know I was paying for. I requested a refund twice and got no response. Username: Unicornqueen4444 Update: While I do not appreciate the auto charge, they sent an email stating they issued a refund and it would take up to 10 days for the money to be added back to my account. Giving 3 stars because emails were finally responded to- but haven’t got the funds just quite yet. Update 2: Received refund on June 23, thanks Brainly team
