GBNo response I was charged on June 18 for a subscription that I didn’t know I was paying for. I requested a refund twice and got no response. Username: Unicornqueen4444 Update: While I do not appreciate the auto charge, they sent an email stating they issued a refund and it would take up to 10 days for the money to be added back to my account. Giving 3 stars because emails were finally responded to- but haven’t got the funds just quite yet. Update 2: Received refund on June 23, thanks Brainly team

GBTerrible Terrible! They charged me out of the blue for another year subscription when I never had my account on auto-renew. Then Denise refused me a refund because of their change in policy. I never received a renewal notice email either. I'm really disappointed and now I'm out 36$ and can't even use the app because it doesn't even know that I have an active subscription in iTunes.

GBWhat can be done about canceling a… What can be done about canceling a subscription. I was charged $10 dollars and I don't even have an account. It isn't "free" and I want to be sure I don't get charged again. No way to talk to a live person. You can cancel your account but not your subscription. I would love an email or text or some sort of communication. Looking into reporting this company at the government site Report Fraud.

GBDO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE TRIAL. Would give 0 stars if i could. I signed up for the free 7 day trial then cancelled it two days later. little did I know I got charged 96$ without my permission. I contacted my bank, PayPal, and brainly relentlessly only for them to tell me theres nothing they can do about it, not only that but their support team is extremely rude and the phone number doesnt work. Do not enter your payment info. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE TRIAL.

AUHorrendous Experience Absolutely unacceptable! I tried to reach the company via emails, phone, and everything with no response! The customer service is terrible, and this is just a way for the company to scam students, which is unbelievably unethical and evil! There's no notification saying the free trial is ending, and the homework answers are all wrong and trolls. I tried everything to get a refund, and they simply don't reply. Please give me a refund on bunrieucuabo022. I'm literally crying and begging you as I don't even have money for food, and you're making students like me suffer really bad.
