IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL NO CHILD SHOULD HAVE ACCESS TO THIS SERVICE MY SON ACTIVATED IT HE CANCELLED IT THINKING IT INDEED CANCELLED - BUT APPARENTLY YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FIRST OR ELSE YOU GET CHARGED FOREVER MORE BC THEN YOUR ACCOUNT IS CANCELLEND AND YOUR SUBSCRIPTION CONTINUES FOREVER MORE BC YOU CAN'T LOGIN AGAIN... AND YOU CAN'T CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ANY FASHION! IT IS RIDICULOUS- THIS CYCLICAL MADNESS.. I'VE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM OVER AND OVER AND IT IS GOING ON AND ON.... SO FAR BEEN CHARGE 160 ... SO FURIOUS!! DON'T DO IT!

CABAD EXPERIENCE I signed up for the 7 day trial period but expected the app to be more straight forward and simple. App did not meet my expectations. I tried canceling the subscription during the trial period, while doing so I got a notification I will receive an email 1 day before the cancellation date. I did not receive this email and my account was charged. I contacted Brainly right away but they refused to reverse the transaction. I wish I had taken the time to read other users experience before. I will rate zero if it was possible. I will not recommend based on my experience.

USDeleted my account after I already paid Tried getting refund for a service I didn't want nor subscribe for, received rude customer service. They told me they canceled my subscription renewal and that I'd have access to it for the rest of the year. I try to log into brainly only to see that my account no longer exists. So I paid for a service I can't even use for the remaining time I accidentally paid for. Horrible scummy company, take your money elsewhere

USTerrible Terrible! They charged me out of the blue for another year subscription when I never had my account on auto-renew. Then Denise refused me a refund because of their change in policy. I never received a renewal notice email either. I'm really disappointed and now I'm out 36$ and can't even use the app because it doesn't even know that I have an active subscription in iTunes.

USZERO STARS Took my money with their "No refunds" policy. I did not sign up for this service, my child did. I am appalled that this organization cannot understand the situation and return the much needed almost $100! Plus, my child signed up for the free trial thinking if he forgot to cancel that it would only be a monthly fee charged not an ANNUAL FEE. It's as if they trick kids hoping they'll forget so that they can take a hundred from folks with their "NO REFUND" policy. This is a horrible organization.
