GBZERO STARS Took my money with their "No refunds" policy. I did not sign up for this service, my child did. I am appalled that this organization cannot understand the situation and return the much needed almost $100! Plus, my child signed up for the free trial thinking if he forgot to cancel that it would only be a monthly fee charged not an ANNUAL FEE. It's as if they trick kids hoping they'll forget so that they can take a hundred from folks with their "NO REFUND" policy. This is a horrible organization.

GBLet me add to the negative reviews…just… Let me add to the negative reviews…just another stupid company that gets you to “try” their product and hope you forget to cancel so they can charge you $40 for a year. Worse…I ACTUALLY DID CANCEL MY TRIAL THE VERY DAY I SIGNED UP AND THEY STILL CHARGED MY CARD 7 days later!!! Totally fraudulent. Don’t fall for it. Even more laughable is the fact that the ONE question I asked regarding Medicare sales during my “trial” was answered INCORRECTLY!!!! RUN

GBNo response I was charged on June 18 for a subscription that I didn’t know I was paying for. I requested a refund twice and got no response. Username: Unicornqueen4444 Update: While I do not appreciate the auto charge, they sent an email stating they issued a refund and it would take up to 10 days for the money to be added back to my account. Giving 3 stars because emails were finally responded to- but haven’t got the funds just quite yet. Update 2: Received refund on June 23, thanks Brainly team

GBWRONGFULLY CHARGED! SCAMMED!!! Tried to cancel my subscription SAME day of purchase because I got MULTIPLE questions on an important quiz. And was still unknowingly charged $39 Which is strangle because I didn’t click that option. Summer is over. I gave no classes for months. I am deeply angered and saddened. Tried to contact about canceling not going through and not answer days ago. Kaylaflores12 account name.

CATerrible Platform for Checking Answers I've been using brainly for the past week and here is my rather disappointing experience: For starters, lots of errors in answers, many simply unexplained, and trolls. Lots of respondents just type out a small answer with a lackluster explanation in the main answer column, and where they should explain they say : 'Please mark me as the brainliest' or something along those words. A few of them are just troll submissions too, not even answering the question asked. Verified members or teachers do answer right but such responses are few and far-fetched in comparison. Brainly really has to step up their moderation game.
