DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE TRIAL. Would give 0 stars if i could. I signed up for the free 7 day trial then cancelled it two days later. little did I know I got charged 96$ without my permission. I contacted my bank, PayPal, and brainly relentlessly only for them to tell me theres nothing they can do about it, not only that but their support team is extremely rude and the phone number doesnt work. Do not enter your payment info. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE TRIAL.

Worse…I ACTUALLY DID CANCEL MY TRIAL THE VERY DAY I SIGNED UP AND THEY STILL CHARGED MY CARD 7 days later!!! Totally fraudulent. Don’t fall for it. Even more laughable is the fact that the ONE question I asked regarding Medicare sales during my “trial” was answered INCORRECTLY!!!! RUN

WRONGFULLY CHARGED! SCAMMED!!! Tried to cancel my subscription SAME day of purchase because I got MULTIPLE questions on an important quiz. And was still unknowingly charged $39 Which is strangle because I didn’t click that option. Summer is over. I gave no classes for months. I am deeply angered and saddened. Deleted my account after I already paid Tried getting refund for a service I didn't want nor subscribe for, received rude customer service. They told me they canceled my subscription renewal and that I'd have access to it for the rest of the year. I try to log into brainly only to see that my account no longer exists. So I paid for a service I can't even use for the remaining time I accidentally paid for. Horrible scummy company, take your money elsewhere

No response I was charged on June 18 for a subscription that I didn’t know I was paying for. I requested a refund twice and got no response. Username: Unicornqueen4444 Update: While I do not appreciate the auto charge, they sent an email stating they issued a refund and it would take up to 10 days for the money to be added back to my account. Giving 3 stars because emails were finally responded to- but haven’t got the funds just quite yet. Update 2: Received refund on June 23, thanks Brainly team
