GBWorst website in the entire goddam universe I hate brainly, always have. They are constantly limiting the amount of answers you can get, and that can be very annoying when you are asking more than just one. But hey, at least they let you watch an ad to get to see the answer right? Well that’s where the problem come in, I watch their ad about making a brainy account, and once it is done… IT MAKES ME WATCH ANOTHER (and that’s if their ad can even load in the first place). Also, you would think you would get more daily answers when making an account, but no. For some reason every single time I open the app I get locked away from the answers (even if I didn’t even use the app that day). Also their new ai feature is total crap, not the ai itself, more so how they treat it. I look up a complicated question, and the top answer (with 0 votes) is displayed to be the ai answer. Also there will be times were the ai answer has a “expert verified check”, and the answer is just either, not what I was looking for or so vague that there is no way I could put it in. Do not use this website, it is horrible

GBNo response I was charged on June 18 for a subscription that I didn’t know I was paying for. I requested a refund twice and got no response. Username: Unicornqueen4444 Update: While I do not appreciate the auto charge, they sent an email stating they issued a refund and it would take up to 10 days for the money to be added back to my account. Giving 3 stars because emails were finally responded to- but haven’t got the funds just quite yet. Update 2: Received refund on June 23, thanks Brainly team

GBTotal scam Total scam! They charged me for an entire year. I contacted them and told them I did not sign up for this and refund me. This was immediately after being charged. They replied and told me they would cancel future charges but they won’t refund me for the year they charged me! SCAM! How is this legal that they can charge you???

CABAD EXPERIENCE I signed up for the 7 day trial period but expected the app to be more straight forward and simple. App did not meet my expectations. I tried canceling the subscription during the trial period, while doing so I got a notification I will receive an email 1 day before the cancellation date. I did not receive this email and my account was charged. I contacted Brainly right away but they refused to reverse the transaction. I wish I had taken the time to read other users experience before. I will rate zero if it was possible. I will not recommend based on my experience.

GBLet me add to the negative reviews…just… Let me add to the negative reviews…just another stupid company that gets you to “try” their product and hope you forget to cancel so they can charge you $40 for a year. Worse…I ACTUALLY DID CANCEL MY TRIAL THE VERY DAY I SIGNED UP AND THEY STILL CHARGED MY CARD 7 days later!!! Totally fraudulent. Don’t fall for it. Even more laughable is the fact that the ONE question I asked regarding Medicare sales during my “trial” was answered INCORRECTLY!!!! RUN
