Just don’t Not worth the money and sneaky way of luring you into membership. READ their refund policy. It’s horrible and you end up paying after trial run out! I tried contacting their support team, but they have no intention of helping. You just get automatic pre written emails.

WARNING WARNING: THEY SNEAK POLICIES INTO THEIR T&CS! I emailed them within minutes of being charged as I had forgotten about a free trial that I had taken up. I never received a reminder email and they have now said that they’ve got a policy of not doing refunds for any trials that are longer than 14 days. A very questionable and sneaky approach and I can see why there are so many bad reviews now…

Pathetic Pathetic company that can only survive through shady terms of service, hostile subscription schemes and refund policies, and obfuscated cancellation processes. A scam dressed up in modern web design but, still, at the heart of it, a scam run and operated by cowards. Lamentable.

Can not login Can not login, register or anything ...

Locked my student account for no reason. I found a 2 month trial period on YouTube, so I gave it a shot. 2 days into my learning, all of a suden I get logged out for no reason and my account was locked, my paypal payment was canceled and I could not log in anymore.. Contacted support, messaged them on Twitter, it has been a week and nothing, crickets.. Imagine if you would have to pay for this kind of support, so no thank you I will find another platform.
