Extremely predatory pricing structure Extremely predatory pricing structure. Auto renewed with an email that went straight to my spam. I barely even remember signing up for the service in the first place, and never used it. As soon as I saw the (significant!) renewal charge on my CC bill I contacted them, and they refused to refund even though they could likely see I had never used it. I’ve had this happen a few times with subscriptions, and usually if you reach out within a window, they’ll accommodate the ask — left a terrible taste in my mouth and now will die on the hill of Skillshare being the worst.

Terrible experience I would have given zero if I could. They charged me an annual subscription of $170 without any notification, as I don't receive their emails. When I contacted customer service, they said there's nothing they can do. Terrible customer service. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I had no choice this time!

Pathetic Pathetic company that can only survive through shady terms of service, hostile subscription schemes and refund policies, and obfuscated cancellation processes. A scam dressed up in modern web design but, still, at the heart of it, a scam run and operated by cowards. Lamentable.

Terrible Refund Policy and Shady Cancellation Process My membership renewed without any warning, leaving me $141 worse off. Their support team said I received an email a month before, warning me it was about to renew and offering me the chance to cancel. I did not receive this email - I searched through every junk and spam folder I have. The team said it must have been blocked by my email provider and that there was nothing they could do ... odd that the 'Your membership renewed' email was delivered without issue, locking me into another year of subscription, but the 'cancel your subscription' email never found its way to me. The team were bound by ridiculous 'no refund policies' and were unable to help me at all. Very frustrating and such a large amount of money to lose on a service I don't even use.
