Pathetic Pathetic company that can only survive through shady terms of service, hostile subscription schemes and refund policies, and obfuscated cancellation processes. A scam dressed up in modern web design but, still, at the heart of it, a scam run and operated by cowards. Lamentable.

Like Udemy but 10 times worse From an instructors viewpoint the website is garbage. You have to upload lessons one at at time or the uploads fail, you can’t upload more than one at a time or they fail. After a 4 day process of uploading my videos one by one, and having my class accepted, I was sent an email saying they gave me a strike because it’s not clear what the students need to do. Despite it being VERY clear. I have students on Udemy with 5 star reviews and even kids can understand the course. Waste of time website Thanks for the reply, but it doesn’t address a single issue I mentioned. Thanks

NO REGARD FOR THE CONSUMER I never understand companies that think it is worth taking people's money who took the time to trial what they want to offer the world, such as was my case. I then found it was not for me, have no intention of using their platform and yet they take your money regardless. Why I had to sign up to access the platform in itself is not common. I wish you luck for the future but I will be sure to warn people that after kindly writing to you and asking for a refund, explaining I had no intentions of using your platform, you refuse. Ethical businesses send you reminders that your trial is approaching the end and you may be charged if you do not take action? NOT, SKILLSHARE! People generally do not approve of such business antics, but then again ,I guess you do not care?

Don't do it - just read a book! Don't do it - you'll never be able to cancel. They hide your billing information and deactivate your ability to delete your account, yet you still get charged. Even under the equality act 2010 they do not assist you - despite asking as a reasonable adjustment. It's horrific. Just go and read a book.
