Pathetic Pathetic company that can only survive through shady terms of service, hostile subscription schemes and refund policies, and obfuscated cancellation processes. A scam dressed up in modern web design but, still, at the heart of it, a scam run and operated by cowards. Lamentable.

I subscribed to a 1 year free trial… I subscribed to a 1 year free trial that unfortunately ran over. They charged me $165 for the $99 subscription I didn't even want and haven't given me an explanation for the $165 after a month of back and forth with their useless customer service. Crooks.

Extremely predatory pricing structure Extremely predatory pricing structure. Auto renewed with an email that went straight to my spam. I barely even remember signing up for the service in the first place, and never used it. As soon as I saw the (significant!) renewal charge on my CC bill I contacted them, and they refused to refund even though they could likely see I had never used it. I’ve had this happen a few times with subscriptions, and usually if you reach out within a window, they’ll accommodate the ask — left a terrible taste in my mouth and now will die on the hill of Skillshare being the worst.
