No refunds for Duplicate Charge Update - I was contacted by Lezly and she was able to help me with my duplicate charge! Thank you!! They refused to provide a refund for my duplicate purchase. Customer support wouldn’t even look into my situation and used a blanket email response.

I had never heard of this company… I had never heard of this company before I found a 53 euros charge on my bank account from them. I have no idea how they got by card's info. I cannot ask for a refund, since I never created an account with them. Also, 53 euros is not the price of any of their available subscriptions, so that makes even less sense.

Like Udemy but 10 times worse From an instructors viewpoint the website is garbage. You have to upload lessons one at at time or the uploads fail, you can’t upload more than one at a time or they fail. After a 4 day process of uploading my videos one by one, and having my class accepted, I was sent an email saying they gave me a strike because it’s not clear what the students need to do. Despite it being VERY clear. I have students on Udemy with 5 star reviews and even kids can understand the course. Waste of time website Thanks for the reply, but it doesn’t address a single issue I mentioned. Thanks

Don't do it - just read a book! Don't do it - you'll never be able to cancel. They hide your billing information and deactivate your ability to delete your account, yet you still get charged. Even under the equality act 2010 they do not assist you - despite asking as a reasonable adjustment. It's horrific. Just go and read a book.
