I subscribed to a 1 year free trial… I subscribed to a 1 year free trial that unfortunately ran over. They charged me $165 for the $99 subscription I didn't even want and haven't given me an explanation for the $165 after a month of back and forth with their useless customer service. Crooks.

Terrible experience I would have given zero if I could. They charged me an annual subscription of $170 without any notification, as I don't receive their emails. When I contacted customer service, they said there's nothing they can do. Terrible customer service. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I had no choice this time!

Awful customer service Awful customer service! I feel tricked out of a years subscription and they refuse to refund after it auto renewed from a free trial

Extremely predatory pricing structure Extremely predatory pricing structure. Auto renewed with an email that went straight to my spam. I barely even remember signing up for the service in the first place, and never used it. As soon as I saw the (significant!) renewal charge on my CC bill I contacted them, and they refused to refund even though they could likely see I had never used it. I’ve had this happen a few times with subscriptions, and usually if you reach out within a window, they’ll accommodate the ask — left a terrible taste in my mouth and now will die on the hill of Skillshare being the worst.
