Preply efficency Preply has given me promptly all the attention I needed Either in our teacher chat or bank problems. I am very happy with Preply's assistance and all the workers who by email are kind and efficient.

Like some reviewer has already… Like some reviewer has already mentioned they have horrible payment services. Also the customer service is another headache as you can’t talk to 1 person you will keep talking to some customer service persons which keeps changing. Again money deducted from your credit card but no service provided or any customer service

Preply assistance is superb! Though I have waited for almost 2 days. I actually had a wonderful experience. The service that Preply provide is fast. When they seen my messages then they helped me change what I wanted to change in my profile. It actually my first greatest company experience.

Their way of payments Their way of payments, Booking and subscriptions is bad. As a trial lesson is OK but to stay with them and schedule your learning on the time suits you it's very hard. Not flexible. Refund Policy is a sly way of stealing processing fees. Not happy with them and would look another platform

Great Learning Platform! It is a great learning platform and the tutors are very helpful, cordial and self motivated. A perfect civilized world where normal people from all over the globe are doing their best to share what they know on their own. The IT connection part is most of the time working very well 97%, for the past six months using the site less than a handful occurrences there was a glitch with the camera or the sound. All our family members are using the site to learn a new language, can’t beat the price and the quality:)
