Preply’s team took the time to review my complaint and evidence against having my profile hidden due to not responding to a “student” and reporting the person. They were quick to respond and rectify the issue quickly. My profile was made visible and I can continue to tutoring my students and future students.

TRhelps you find the teacher that suits you best I'm a Turkish lifetime student on preply. My experience with Preply is amazing. as having passion to learn French, this application presented a lot of teachers from all around the world which makes me satisfied. One of the best things about Preply is its support team. they are very quick to solve any problems that I can encounter. I just ask through message box and they respond me on time. I will definitely recommend this platform to students as the best since it allows to find/choose the right teacher. Especially, I would like to thank Mary from the support team for her patience.

PHPreply Is great! I am a tutor on Preply and I can say in my experience that Preply is awesome to it's tutors and students. The customer service whenever issues arrive has been impeccable and super helpful. Pretty quick to respond and willing to help with whatever may be wrong. They are accommodating to students as well and it is great to see how they have been rolling out improvements to the site, such as new lesson plans and making it easier for tutors to navigate. Overall a great company with good practices and a good environment, great working for them and I really appreciate how it helps tutors with courses too that are great for improving your knowledge.

PKNot being paid after taking so many lessons. Preply support team cancelled my yesterday's lessons that I had already taken and upon being asked about it they have constantly said that they're sorry and it has been a mistake. They didn't rectify their mistake, all they did was apologize. Imagine having a tough schedule, teaching students for hours and then preply cancelling all the lessons you've taught and not paying you a single penny. Note that they already take a huge amount as commission, despite paying that amount tutors can't even expect any help. Instead, here I am, frustrated by their actions of canceling my lessons after I taught the student, to avoid paying me for the lessons I took.
