I had bad experience since on Monday… I had bad experience since on Monday with Tutor Support but i've been having a nightmare. I've been asking for help in the chat box for near 48 hours, and i haven't had one single return saying they'd look into my issue or anything similar. I've e-mailed support 3 times, no response either. Definitely not the best experience for tutors at this time. I hope I can come back here and have my experience reviewed soon but this it's a nightmare.

Good customer care! I, as a tutor, had an admin problem regarding a student that did not show up for class. They solved my problem, patiently and professionally.

Preply Is great! I am a tutor on Preply and I can say in my experience that Preply is awesome to it's tutors and students. The customer service whenever issues arrive has been impeccable and super helpful. Pretty quick to respond and willing to help with whatever may be wrong. They are accommodating to students as well and it is great to see how they have been rolling out improvements to the site, such as new lesson plans and making it easier for tutors to navigate. Overall a great company with good practices and a good environment, great working for them and I really appreciate how it helps tutors with courses too that are great for improving your knowledge.

Like some reviewer has already… Like some reviewer has already mentioned they have horrible payment services. Also the customer service is another headache as you can’t talk to 1 person you will keep talking to some customer service persons which keeps changing. Again money deducted from your credit card but no service provided or any customer service

It's really great It's really great. There are many teachers and students on this platform. There is a good learning and communication atmosphere.
