Love Preply as a Learning Platform I have an amazing tutor who does a great job explaining to me the rules and grammar. Anytime I have an issue on the technical side, the support team does a great job. Getting updates on the app helps me stay consistent with my learning and move seamlessly between the desktop and the app.

Preply Is great! I am a tutor on Preply and I can say in my experience that Preply is awesome to it's tutors and students. The customer service whenever issues arrive has been impeccable and super helpful. Pretty quick to respond and willing to help with whatever may be wrong. They are accommodating to students as well and it is great to see how they have been rolling out improvements to the site, such as new lesson plans and making it easier for tutors to navigate. Overall a great company with good practices and a good environment, great working for them and I really appreciate how it helps tutors with courses too that are great for improving your knowledge.

Not being paid after taking so many lessons. Preply support team cancelled my yesterday's lessons that I had already taken and upon being asked about it they have constantly said that they're sorry and it has been a mistake. They didn't rectify their mistake, all they did was apologize. Imagine having a tough schedule, teaching students for hours and then preply cancelling all the lessons you've taught and not paying you a single penny. Note that they already take a huge amount as commission, despite paying that amount tutors can't even expect any help. Instead, here I am, frustrated by their actions of canceling my lessons after I taught the student, to avoid paying me for the lessons I took.

I just wished tutors didn't have to keep raising their prices to make a decent amount from the service. I've had to changed my tutor a few times as they became too expensive. I'd rather consistency. The commission Preply take seems a little high

just avoid, use italki or something else just avoid, this platform changes their logic every week, platform is very unstable, basic functionality such as re-scheduling or scheduling a single lesson doesn't work, always tries to sell you a subscription and even if you buy the subscription, re-scheduling doesn't work. It is such a bad platform plus it wastes perfect teachers time with broken functionality and unpaid trials. Just avoid it
