Anytime I have an issue on the technical side, the support team does a great job. Getting updates on the app helps me stay consistent with my learning and move seamlessly between the desktop and the app.

Preply Is great! I am a tutor on Preply and I can say in my experience that Preply is awesome to it's tutors and students. The customer service whenever issues arrive has been impeccable and super helpful. Pretty quick to respond and willing to help with whatever may be wrong. They are accommodating to students as well and it is great to see how they have been rolling out improvements to the site, such as new lesson plans and making it easier for tutors to navigate.
