LUPaypal cash-out error fixed as promised! I truly appreciated Peter's quick and proactive assistance. My particular problem concerned a failed cash-out from Verbling to my PayPal account. I never once had to worry about how long the problem resolution would take because Peter provided me with the important details and an approximate timeline. ESUnfair Refund Policy: Why I Can't Recommend Verbling The company's refund policy is extremely unsatisfactory. In my situation, I am too sick to continue my studies, yet Verbling refuses to allow me to transfer the remaining balance on my profile to another Verbling profile. I understand that they can’t transfer the money back to my account, that’s why I asked them to transfer them to another profile. Due to this, I can only recommend Verbling to people who are not planning to get sick and have excellent health.

GBOops!! I inadvertently, through mu own mistake, bought many more lessons than intended. When I explained it to the folks at Verbling, and asked for a refund (which I thought would go against their normal policy of only giving credit for future lessons) they very quickly agreed and arranged for the refund. After two years taking lessons through Verbling I am VERY satisfied. Thanks Verbling staff.

GBGood Business Policy: Flexibility & Understanding I was out of the country for 3 months with a 13 hour time difference between Asia and Mexico. Arranging sessions was too difficult; as much as I love my teacher and sessions, 10PM didn't work for me. I had pre-paid sessions expiring and requested an extension of time. Verbling graciously and willingly reinstated the expired sessions when I returned to the USA.
