GBGreat customer service and clear policy Verbling customer service is OUTSTANDING! They are always helpful, friendly and respond any issues very quickly. Andrea solved my issues in timely manner and she is also very friendly!I am always pleased with their customer support. Verbling’s policy is very clear and generous.For those reasons,I have been learning here for years. I think Verbling is the BEST platform and highly recommend for anyone who wants to learn any other languages!!

INExcellent! A worry-free platform where everyone's just cool :) :) If there ever are any issues, they handle it promptly and very efficiently :) The best employers in my opinion :) :) There was a slight error in the cashing-out mechanism but Verbling promptly rectified the issue on being notified....... :)

GBThe application fines the student if he… The application fines the student if he cancels the lesson in less than 12 hours. In this case, if the teacher canceled the lesson after it began, no penalties are applied. If you do not like the teacher, then you cannot return the money for the purchased lessons. I don't recommend this app.

GRExceptional Customer Service The Customer Service Agent Mrs. Julia responded asap to my request. Specifically, in 4 minutes time from the moment I sent the email, she refunded an older payment to Verbling and she informed me via email.

GBGood Business Policy: Flexibility & Understanding I was out of the country for 3 months with a 13 hour time difference between Asia and Mexico. Arranging sessions was too difficult; as much as I love my teacher and sessions, 10PM didn't work for me. I had pre-paid sessions expiring and requested an extension of time. Verbling graciously and willingly reinstated the expired sessions when I returned to the USA.
