Andrea solved my issues in timely manner and she is also very friendly!I am always pleased with their customer support. Verbling’s policy is very clear and generous.For those reasons,I have been learning here for years. I think Verbling is the BEST platform and highly recommend for anyone who wants to learn any other languages!!

Good Business Policy: Flexibility & Understanding I was out of the country for 3 months with a 13 hour time difference between Asia and Mexico. Arranging sessions was too difficult; as much as I love my teacher and sessions, 10PM didn't work for me. I had pre-paid sessions expiring and requested an extension of time. Verbling graciously and willingly reinstated the expired sessions when I returned to the USA.

Unfair Refund Policy: Why I Can't Recommend Verbling The company's refund policy is extremely unsatisfactory. In my situation, I am too sick to continue my studies, yet Verbling refuses to allow me to transfer the remaining balance on my profile to another Verbling profile. I understand that they can’t transfer the money back to my account, that’s why I asked them to transfer them to another profile. Due to this, I can only recommend Verbling to people who are not planning to get sick and have excellent health.

Paypal cash-out error fixed as promised! I truly appreciated Peter's quick and proactive assistance. My particular problem concerned a failed cash-out from Verbling to my PayPal account. I never once had to worry about how long the problem resolution would take because Peter provided me with the important details and an approximate timeline. Activate your foreign language! It's great to chat to a native speaker, to activate the target language & get all the help the Verbling platform offers. Great choice of teachers, good material & lots of motivation. Love the flexibilty of booking lessons when it suits both parties & a personalised programme to suit the individual learner. I wish this had been available years ago.
