Still no proper help from customer… Still no proper help from customer support - they simply fob you off thinking it is an issue with your computer (which I know for certain it is NOT) - I even bought a headset as they suggested! There are other ways to learn out there and until this company sort out their non-existent customer 'service' (who always seems to be someone called Fabio) and update their software - GIVE IT A MISS - it is way too much hassle to get the mic to work, to get the programme even to launch and to get the voice recognition to work if you ever get the mic to work! I am really disappointed.

Can't say enough about this app! Rosetta Stone has made learning new languages quite easy and very comprehensive. It has made me want to learn many more languages because it's so user friendly and effective at getting main components across early. I could go on and on.

My favorite foreign language program of many I have tried many foreign language programs and I think that Rosetta Stone is the best because they teach you similar to how a child learns - with photos. I have had to call them and they answer promptly and have always been extremely helpful. I have also taken the tutoring classes with a real teacher and 3 others in the online class and it's very good and helpful.

Initially it looked promising Initially it looked promising . Despite the advantage of having a basic understanding of common French I quickly became frustrated by the unclear directions . I’ve not been able to connect the exercises into any workable pattern . The gender of nouns and verbs are quite confusing and the exercises don’t add any clarity. I don’t feel any constructive progression and will not subscribe beyond the trial course. . Sorry!

do better... Hello, I'm a student and I've been using Rosetta the whole school year (Aka Since Sept 12 2023) because the school makes you. YOU ACTUALLY JUST CANT GET ANY WORDS TO REGISTER and its just been so annoying. I would've payed a tutor with my own money than to ever spend my money on this disgrace of a Language Teacher. Rossetta should make sure their mic quality works.
