Rosetta Stone's lifetime subscription is a scam! A few years ago, I bought a lifetime subscription to Rosetta Stone. This year when I came back to continue learning the intended language, I realized that it does not work anymore. I contacted customer service, they just told me that I have to purchase the software again, otherwise, I cannot use it. I pressed on squeezing out an explanation about this issue, but they did not give me any explanation. Marketing the software as a lifetime subscription is a scam and consumer protection agencies should watch these practices very closely.

Pictures and words are fine to start Pictures and words are fine to start. However, the lesson jumps from simple wording such as dog, cat, horse, egg, water, rice to full sentences. More over, I am expected to fully pronounce and remember spelling without even having masculine or feminam forms of grammar or to even practice it. Jumping from section 1 to section 2 is difficult but to section three is frustrating. I liked it far better years ago when the lessons brought my confidence up with my learning ability. This current version is less fun and more strenuous.

Excellent - However, I have One recommendation! I absolutely love the Rosetta Stone Hebrew Language program. I am becoming more comfortable with simple conversation around my family. I cannot wait till I am able to converse with other learners. I have ONLY One recommendation. On the mobile app, under the "Extended Learning" tab, we are able to read stories. As a senior learner, who is now wearing glasses for reading, I find the Hebrew Script is "too small" and the lettering is a "light grey" in color. This is not very helpful. It is a little better on the computer, since the lettering is "black", however, if the font was twice as large, on both the app and the computer, that would be a welcome change.

do better... Hello, I'm a student and I've been using Rosetta the whole school year (Aka Since Sept 12 2023) because the school makes you. YOU ACTUALLY JUST CANT GET ANY WORDS TO REGISTER and its just been so annoying. I would've payed a tutor with my own money than to ever spend my money on this disgrace of a Language Teacher. Rossetta should make sure their mic quality works.

easy to use, proper amount in each section it is good the way make us repeated read and speak basic words and phrases that will become the backbone in establishing spanish in each learner, when those basic phrases become familiar, we naturally absorb the grammar as well. The reason why I cannot give 5 stars that some of the picture is not clear: I and my daughter were confused for some pictures for 'nina', whe either look boy or lady. also, sometimes we were not sure what we were supposed to do, where we listen and choose the right picture, or vise versa. Prononciation lesson did not work in my cell phone, don't know why, I might figure out later.
