GBStill no proper help from customer… Still no proper help from customer support - they simply fob you off thinking it is an issue with your computer (which I know for certain it is NOT) - I even bought a headset as they suggested! There are other ways to learn out there and until this company sort out their non-existent customer 'service' (who always seems to be someone called Fabio) and update their software - GIVE IT A MISS - it is way too much hassle to get the mic to work, to get the programme even to launch and to get the voice recognition to work if you ever get the mic to work! I am really disappointed.

GBThanks for the opportunity Thanks for the opportunity. I think that is very important for us, as students, to know better the different program’s ways before to start it. It isn’t easy and some times I have to repeat the lessons that I know because I don’t understand the methodology. Another thing is the test before to start the program. Is very important to know the level of each student, to begin a course and to explain how to do his or her next level. Again thanks and CONGRATULATIONS for this tool. 🙏Excuse my mistakes.

GBMy favorite foreign language program of many I have tried many foreign language programs and I think that Rosetta Stone is the best because they teach you similar to how a child learns - with photos. I have had to call them and they answer promptly and have always been extremely helpful. I have also taken the tutoring classes with a real teacher and 3 others in the online class and it's very good and helpful.

GBLifetime Subscription EXPIRED A few years ago, I bought a LIFETIME SUBSCRIPTION. Apparently, my lifetime subscription has expired. I wrote to Rosetta Stone and they responded that I need to renew my subscription. I bought a LIFETIME SUBSCRIPTION, you scum! Do NOT give these people your money. They are SCAMMERS.
