Pictures and words are fine to start Pictures and words are fine to start. However, the lesson jumps from simple wording such as dog, cat, horse, egg, water, rice to full sentences. More over, I am expected to fully pronounce and remember spelling without even having masculine or feminam forms of grammar or to even practice it. Jumping from section 1 to section 2 is difficult but to section three is frustrating. I liked it far better years ago when the lessons brought my confidence up with my learning ability. This current version is less fun and more strenuous.

Quickly refund Unfortunately I got a problem with my order, it was meant to be a gift but the order never went through so I've never received my receipt and my friend haven't got the mail with the code. I found my card had been charged of 126€ despite of all so I contacted customer service and they solved my problem very quickly. So thank you Aidan, I got my refund today, in 2 business days only.

It isn’t easy and some times I have to repeat the lessons that I know because I don’t understand the methodology. Another thing is the test before to start the program. My favorite foreign language program of many I have tried many foreign language programs and I think that Rosetta Stone is the best because they teach you similar to how a child learns - with photos. I have had to call them and they answer promptly and have always been extremely helpful. I have also taken the tutoring classes with a real teacher and 3 others in the online class and it's very good and helpful.

Lifetime Subscription EXPIRED A few years ago, I bought a LIFETIME SUBSCRIPTION. Apparently, my lifetime subscription has expired. I wrote to Rosetta Stone and they responded that I need to renew my subscription. I bought a LIFETIME SUBSCRIPTION, you scum! Do NOT give these people your money. They are SCAMMERS.
