GBWill not cancel Order I have decided to cancel this order and still waiting for confirmation. I wrote on 14th regarding cancellation of the order and this has not been confirmed. Now the 17th and still no word. This company needs investigating and closed down. They should have a look at my e-mails as I have requested that the order be cancelled. To say it is not based on my experience is untrue and I challenge them to prove otherwise.

GBWhat A Beautiful Product!! The quality of the dog phone holder was exceptional. It is a practical product that is aesthetically pleasing to have on any desk or table. The fact that the holders remind us of our Golden Retriever, Cheyenne, was an added bonus. It is obvious that this is a company proud of its craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

GBShoddy goods, shoddier service. Waited longer for delivery than YDS's outside estimate. Gave the impression the goods were from US so I trusted the company more. Had I known this was just another Chinese scam, I would never have risked an order. The figures finally arrived on 27 Feb and turned out to be so lightweight that they are unstable and fall over easily. Totally insubstantial and very little for the money. Useless for presents, as I had intended them. I followed their delivery instructions and emailed for help to return for a refund, bearing in mind that they only give 30 days. No response. By 15 March I had written two emails and sent a 3rd on that date saying I would ask my Bank to take action to recover the funds if I did not hear from them within 7 days. I received an immediate reply, apologising and saying I should go on their website for return instructions, which I did. However, I was incredulous to read there that the first step was to EMAIL FOR A CODE NUMBER. Why on earth did their "apologetic" email not provide me with that? I have now sent one last message. My 7 days is still running and expires on 22nd March, when I will take action against them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

GBBe aware 5 stars for the product, but I would have given it 1 star for honesty. When I FINALLY received my order I was pleased. These are cute. But be aware that these are coming from outside the USA. The shipping time and USPS updates are not accurate. The company’s standard response to customer emails tries to be reassuring, but they lack true transparency. You should know that your order will not be shipped within the 2 days that is stated on the website and they are not coming from Delaware. You’ll see true reviews here, but if you Google their web site all you’ll see is 5 star reviews. The reason for that is that they have the option to accept your review or not. AND, notice what they are doing here ….if they don’t like what you have to say, they are doxxing customers. Listing customers personal information is a poor, poor business practice.
