Be aware 5 stars for the product, but I would have given it 1 star for honesty. When I FINALLY received my order I was pleased. These are cute. But be aware that these are coming from outside the USA. The shipping time and USPS updates are not accurate. The company’s standard response to customer emails tries to be reassuring, but they lack true transparency. You should know that your order will not be shipped within the 2 days that is stated on the website and they are not coming from Delaware. You’ll see true reviews here, but if you Google their web site all you’ll see is 5 star reviews. The reason for that is that they have the option to accept your review or not. AND, notice what they are doing here ….if they don’t like what you have to say, they are doxxing customers. Listing customers personal information is a poor, poor business practice.

Do not buy from this company! I would give this a minus rating if i could. I placed my order at the end of December and have not received it. The parcel tracker said it was attempted for delivery but the address could not be found and the item was undeliverable which is a load of nonsense. There has never been any comparable issue at our address. I emailed the company and they replied they would ship it again. I still have not received anything and asked for a refund with no answer whatsoever. What a disgusting scam company!!

Excellent Customer Service I saw an ad on IG and loved the beautiful simplicity of the man and dog sculpture. I ordered it and strangely, it never arrived (package theft? unsure). I reached out to the Customer Service and they kindly offered to send me a replacement, which I really appreciated. My husband is going to love it when I give it to him for a combined Valentine's Day present/rescue dog's birthday. <3

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE After placing my order there was some confusion with the tracking information on the delivery companies' website. I reached out to Yukon Design and they provided the greatest customer service that I have ever received. I am in my 70s and have worked in the customer service industry all of my life and I know how very important it is. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I have shared this experience with several people and intend to order from them again. Thank you, Yukon Design, for your exemplary behavior; I won't ever forget it.

Order was made over 2 weeks ago Order was made over 2 weeks ago, emailed for an update and have had no reply, was to be a birthday gift for partner after losing our dog recently. Hoping this is not a scam. The main issue is I received a message re my order saying it was ready to ship, this was not true because not soon after I provided a review I get an update message stating that due to unpresedented things were taking longer than usual. If you say that an order is ready to ship then it's ready to ship. The item was to a birthday gift, this birthday has now passed. There is a need to be upfront about whether you're able to fulfill an order, getting hopes up and then letting them down isn't a nice feeling.
