This company is a rip-off This company is a rip-off. My order took two weeks to arrive and clearly didn't come from the US. I followed their guidelines for returning the item (it was not as nice as depicted in photos) and was told to follow the instructions on the website to obtain a returns code. I did this process about five times and have written to customer service twice. I have been completely ignored. Shame on them.

The very best present of the last years By chance I found a sculpture of a girl knuckeling down to her dog, offered on the internet. This sculpture seemed to me to be my daughter and her Labrador. The price was ok, but there was one problem: I did not know how much is shipping from USA to Germany. I asked via Email, and Martin from Yukon Design Studio anwered me, that it would be less than 3 Euro. And so I ordered the item as a present to my daughter, because I think that it expresses exactly the relationship between my daughter and her dog. It arrived two days ago, very well packed in a karton box and an additional present-box with an inlay of something like foam. Yesterday in the afternoon my daughter visited me, and when I gave her this sculpture, she was speechless and had tears in her eyes. There is something very important I want to say: I had a very nice and heartwarming correspondence with Martin from Yukon Design Studio. It was very much more than a business contact, it was a little bit more like communnicating with a friend, in this manner not really usual in Germany. So, many thanks again, Martin, and have a very good time!

What A Beautiful Product!! The quality of the dog phone holder was exceptional. It is a practical product that is aesthetically pleasing to have on any desk or table. The fact that the holders remind us of our Golden Retriever, Cheyenne, was an added bonus. It is obvious that this is a company proud of its craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Pawfect figures! The Pawfect figures immediately caught my eye because of the artistry and simplicity of the design, so I ordered two. They are as impressive in person as they are in the photos. I'll definitely be returning to check out the many other items on the site.
