NZOrder was made over 2 weeks ago Order was made over 2 weeks ago, emailed for an update and have had no reply, was to be a birthday gift for partner after losing our dog recently. Hoping this is not a scam. The main issue is I received a message re my order saying it was ready to ship, this was not true because not soon after I provided a review I get an update message stating that due to unpresedented things were taking longer than usual. If you say that an order is ready to ship then it's ready to ship. The item was to a birthday gift, this birthday has now passed. There is a need to be upfront about whether you're able to fulfill an order, getting hopes up and then letting them down isn't a nice feeling.

GBThis company is a rip-off This company is a rip-off. My order took two weeks to arrive and clearly didn't come from the US. I followed their guidelines for returning the item (it was not as nice as depicted in photos) and was told to follow the instructions on the website to obtain a returns code. I did this process about five times and have written to customer service twice. I have been completely ignored. Shame on them.

GBIt's nice that you can track the… It's nice that you can track the shipment very precisely and in detail,I waited for the shipment for 2 weeks and it is written on their website that the waiting period may be up to 12 business days,so there is no need to worry. I am very pleased with the product I received:)Thank you👍

CANot recommend; won't buy again. Requested a refund. 1. I was expecting domestic (America) manufacturing as well as shipping. It is made and shipped of China. 2. It takes weeks to ship 3. Almost zero communication Not recommend; won't buy again. Requested a refund.

GBShoddy goods, shoddier service. Waited longer for delivery than YDS's outside estimate. Gave the impression the goods were from US so I trusted the company more. Had I known this was just another Chinese scam, I would never have risked an order. The figures finally arrived on 27 Feb and turned out to be so lightweight that they are unstable and fall over easily. Totally insubstantial and very little for the money. Useless for presents, as I had intended them. I followed their delivery instructions and emailed for help to return for a refund, bearing in mind that they only give 30 days. No response. By 15 March I had written two emails and sent a 3rd on that date saying I would ask my Bank to take action to recover the funds if I did not hear from them within 7 days. I received an immediate reply, apologising and saying I should go on their website for return instructions, which I did. However, I was incredulous to read there that the first step was to EMAIL FOR A CODE NUMBER. Why on earth did their "apologetic" email not provide me with that? I have now sent one last message. My 7 days is still running and expires on 22nd March, when I will take action against them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
