Paid for overnight shipping I paid for overnight shipping when I placed an order on a Friday around 3:30 pm. It did not arrive until Tuesday afternoon. It does state that they do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays when the fine print is read, but why offer it as a selection on a Friday? You would think it would have at least arrived by Monday. I should have just paid for regular shipping- a total waste of $20.

Customer for life. This was my first time using them. WOW is all I can say. I am very satisfied. Great prices, fast shipping, free shipping and returns, reusable box, easy print labels, option to extend use if needed.....what more could a student ask for? Highly recommended. Excellent service I have used BookRenter for over a year now. I have always received my books in a timely manner, and the books have been in good condition; however, one of the books I just received was damaged, and I emailed customer service. I promptly received a reply back from them letting me know they had made a note on my account, and I would not be held responsible for the damaged book. I strongly suggest using this company.
