GBThey are not very sure of their inventory They are not very sure of their inventory and are very difficult to get on the phone. I called to question a book that was listed as a bundle. They assured me I would be receiving the entire bundle but could not guarantee a working code. I was fine with that. All I recieved was one textbook. When I called to advise them of the situation, the customer service representative was not helpful at all. Instead she was rather rude and disrespectful.

GBOvercharged and refuse to refund I purchased expedited 2-day shipping and it was sent regularly (received it an entire week later). When I contacted the customer service to request a refund they refused giving a million and one bogus excuses as to why the book came so late. When I told them their customer service was awful/wouldn't be back I was told "my opinion is respected". UNREAL. BEWARE!

GBLove it! BookRenter has made it easy to track down the required textbook(s) for class. The company does a great job of keeping the customer informed of the shipping status, including the UPS tracking number. I am a repeated user of BookRenter.

GBOver paid for shipping, which was not next day. I found the customer service to be impersonal. I paid $19.99 to receive next day shipping, however Bookrenter does not really offer next day shipping. I had to wait 1 or 2 processing days. I placed my order July 1st to receive July 2nd, received I received my books July 5th.

GBCustomer for life. This was my first time using them. WOW is all I can say. I am very satisfied. Great prices, fast shipping, free shipping and returns, reusable box, easy print labels, option to extend use if needed.....what more could a student ask for? Highly recommended. I'm already spreading the word about it.
