GBBooks out of stock for rental I was able to rent 2 of the 4 books I need for my fall 2016 semester of college. I attempted over the course of several weeks to rent the other 2 books. I went to another site for the other 2 rentals as I will be leaving for college this weekend. I have, in the past, had great success with renting. This time I was disappointed. Otherwise, I do recommend this site.

GBOver paid for shipping, which was not next day. I found the customer service to be impersonal. I paid $19.99 to receive next day shipping, however Bookrenter does not really offer next day shipping. I had to wait 1 or 2 processing days. I placed my order July 1st to receive July 2nd, received I received my books July 5th.

GBThey are not very sure of their inventory They are not very sure of their inventory and are very difficult to get on the phone. I called to question a book that was listed as a bundle. They assured me I would be receiving the entire bundle but could not guarantee a working code. I was fine with that. All I recieved was one textbook. When I called to advise them of the situation, the customer service representative was not helpful at all. Instead she was rather rude and disrespectful.

GBExcellent I have been using book renter for years and always have better prices for me to get my books. The customer service department is understing in every concern i have. If i need my rentals extended it is really easy to do online. I would recommend bookrenter to everyone

GBExcellent service I have used BookRenter for over a year now. I have always received my books in a timely manner, and the books have been in good condition; however, one of the books I just received was damaged, and I emailed customer service. I promptly received a reply back from them letting me know they had made a note on my account, and I would not be held responsible for the damaged book. I strongly suggest using this company.
