GBLove it! BookRenter has made it easy to track down the required textbook(s) for class. The company does a great job of keeping the customer informed of the shipping status, including the UPS tracking number. I am a repeated user of BookRenter.

GBThey are not very sure of their inventory They are not very sure of their inventory and are very difficult to get on the phone. I called to question a book that was listed as a bundle. They assured me I would be receiving the entire bundle but could not guarantee a working code. I was fine with that. All I recieved was one textbook. When I called to advise them of the situation, the customer service representative was not helpful at all. Instead she was rather rude and disrespectful.

GBExcellent I have been using book renter for years and always have better prices for me to get my books. The customer service department is understing in every concern i have. If i need my rentals extended it is really easy to do online. I would recommend bookrenter to everyone

GBStraightforward service. Great experience as far as ordering and receiving my order. I would definitely recommend this company because it is very simple to use. I have not return my book yet and I hope I don't encounter any problem with that. Overall feeling right now is: Awesome.

GBUnsatisfied Do yourself a favor and rent from Amazon! The shipping prices, mishaps, poor customer service, and the call I've been waiting 3 weeks for from a manager all says save your money and go to a reputable company. I have rented from them several times and it's just not worth it.
