Excellent I have been using book renter for years and always have better prices for me to get my books. The customer service department is understing in every concern i have. If i need my rentals extended it is really easy to do online. I would recommend bookrenter to everyone

Unsatisfied Do yourself a favor and rent from Amazon! The shipping prices, mishaps, poor customer service, and the call I've been waiting 3 weeks for from a manager all says save your money and go to a reputable company. I have rented from them several times and it's just not worth it.

Books out of stock for rental I was able to rent 2 of the 4 books I need for my fall 2016 semester of college. I attempted over the course of several weeks to rent the other 2 books. I went to another site for the other 2 rentals as I will be leaving for college this weekend. I have, in the past, had great success with renting. This time I was disappointed. Otherwise, I do recommend this site.

Excellent service I have used BookRenter for over a year now. I have always received my books in a timely manner, and the books have been in good condition; however, one of the books I just received was damaged, and I emailed customer service. I promptly received a reply back from them letting me know they had made a note on my account, and I would not be held responsible for the damaged book. I strongly suggest using this company.
