This really is s US product, designed for children in the US, and as such it should not e marketed in the UK, specially as there is no setting for UK/British English. Avoid.

SCAM website that fraudulently charges… SCAM website that fraudulently charges credit card. We cancelled this subscription via their website through some robot chat. Later we discovered they kept billing us. When trying to contact them we discovered there is literally no way to speak to anyone, no way to file a complaint. Even after cancelling a second time they billed us again. We had to contact our credit card company and file a dispute and it turned into a giant mess. A legitimate company does not operate this way. BEWARE of this fraudulent company.

Beware of ABC Mouse Beware of ABC Mouse; they tried to scam me. I signed up for a yearly subscription in 2018. I canceled the subscription in 2020 and have a cancellation confirmation email from ABC Mouse. On July 14, 2022, ABC Mouse tried to charge an expired credit card for the yearly subscription fee of 59.99. My credit card company flagged the fraudulent charge. Additionally, I contacted ABC Mouse regarding the situation at which time they tried to upsell me a different subscription. It’s billing practices are outright fraudulent.
